Guest Reviews
- Reece (7/5): - I liked how close by all the shops were to the property and how peaceful it was the surrounding neighbours were no issue at all which is a great thing the bed was rather squeaky that does need to be fixed and the pillows are rather small but i feel that is more of a personal thing. The shower had barely any pressure so washing myself took longer than it should've.
- Iram Abbasi (1/5): Before I stayed in kirkview it was good but this time worst . - Nothing I am very sorry but worst experience of my life 😢 lost my money so disappointed. All things I was not expected all that washing machine not working after 1 week they send us new and freezer not working all things so dirty my God .
- Shirley (3/5): - Convenient location For an apartment advertised as "luxe" it left a lot to be desired. There were a number of issues, including missing door handles, the lack of a bathroom mirror and toilet roll holder and doors that didn't close properly. The final straw was when the toilet blocked and having contacted the operator first thing being told it wouldn't be fixed until late afternoon leaving us with no facility all day. At that point we packed up and left after 2 nights despite having booked for 4.
- debbie (4/5): Yuk !! Horrible especially around unit - inside the unit was ok (only) but outside appalling
bedroom pokey and too small
rest of the areas lacked proper cleaning and carpets badly stained.
Tv didnt work except streaming.
The entry into the building was like walking into a demolition site ...scary ... and arguments outside our front door and the town and street revoltingly dirty unkept and area felt unsafe everything
unit in its location should NOT be listed as a holiday rental
Staff completely ignored our concerns
We left after one night having paid for two no refund was given despite concerns and way too expensive for the area.
- Ibrar (9/5): Superb -
- Croad (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Great wee flat. Comfy - No grill but yes was cooking equipment for frying A little bigger with having the dog but all in flat was perfect for what we needed it for and garden great for the dog.
- Clare (4/5): Disappointing and wouldn’t chose to stay again - Location in rough area and didn’t feel safe There was a very strong damp smell in living area. None of the doors shut properly and the bedroom door was missing a handle. There was what looked a damp patch in the bedroom with paint peeling off the wall.
- Florence (4/5): Good location but the flat was disappointing and therefore overpriced. - Location was great , train station, shops , Dumbarton catsle nearby....Very clean flat . Where shall we start? Firstly it took us nearly an hour to get into the flat ,the information on the website was incorrect! Had to ring a number which I assumed was the landlord s number ,found the building but then couldn't get the key! Again the information given to us was incorrect! Once in we were impressed with the tidyness and cleanliness, but soon realised the bathroom had no mirror,no bin ,the kitchen didn't have an oven as advertised ,the garden view was a view on weeds and bins! The doors wouldn't shut even the bathroom one !.The revamp of this flat must have been rushed and badly done ,sorry but not worth the money we paid ! Very convenient for the train station though!
- Keith (8/5): Very good -
- Colleen (3/5): Poor - Walking distance to restaurants/pubs The apartment is not suitable for a couple. It has a very small double bed. The garden view is of weeds and rubbish bins.
- Ian (6/5): Not bad - Location was good! It said it had a coffee machine whereas it did not!and it said it had an oven but we could not find it!
