• Michelle (1/5): Worst experience - Good location outside the center, well connected with the metro about a 4 min walk. Appreciate the full length mirror. The room and connected bathroom were infested with cockroaches. Owner claimed she didn’t know about the issue previously but offered to have the room sprayed with a bug spray she already had on hand so we agreed to stay in the room. The second day there were still cockroaches and the cleaning lady didn’t even bother wiping the walls that clearly had dead cockroaches on them. Morning of the third day we finally told her we wouldn’t stay in that room anymore and she only offered to compensate us if we left the apartment completely (no compensation for the nights we already endured in that room). WiFi is also very weak, the lighting in the room isn’t good and the room is on the ground level so opening the window gives you no privacy. The shower doesn’t drain well and there is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The mattresses are basic so not very comfortable.

• Layan (10/5): Exceptional - The place is clean and nice and very close to the Vatican and all the stations, its treatment was beautiful, cooperative and always continuous and interested in our affairs 🤍🤍 We loved to stay with her and if we return to Rome we will choose it!
• Yiyin (2/5): Very poor - I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. First, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom (like a sewer odor), which made the room quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I saw two cockroaches on the first night, which was extremely unsettling. The lack of basic cleaning services was another major issue. Despite our three-night stay, there were no towel changes, no replenishment of toilet paper, and no cleaning done at all. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was very unstable and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. For the price charged, this level of service and cleanliness is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
• Surai (8/5): Very good - The room is quite cozy. It was such a great opportunity to get Vatican in ≈15 minutes. We are thankful to staff for good communication. We had some issues, but they were solved pretty fast. Some things such as curtains and paintings could be a little bit cleaner.
• Tina (3/5): Did not like it - Location. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was moldy. It was not meant to be bathroom so there was a pump for plumbing that was sooo loud that when i used toilet in the night it woke up my boyfriend. Air conditioning was soo loud that it was not useful (it was not normal airconditioning with inner and outer unit, but only inner loud unit). Couldn’t have opened windows because of mosquitoes and loud noise from street - room was on ground floor facing street. Plastic thingy and bars infrond of window. Kitchen was only sink and microwave, no cooker or oven.

The bathroom, the shower cabin is too small, the A/C that makes such a noise it is impossible to keep it on, the space in the room is big enough but somehow unfuncional. There are no insect nets at the windows.

• Mariana (9/5): Great stay for two - The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with air conditioning which is great for hot days. The accommodation had a kitchen, common to all the rooms, which we could use and which was always clean. The location is good, with a metro and bus station 2 minutes away on foot and a supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. The proximity to the means of transport combined with the comfort of the room made for a great stay. The building in which the accommodation is located is old and therefore not soundproofed. You could hear other guests entering the rooms and some noise from the flats above, but nothing too disturbing. The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times.

• Atanasova (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great! There is a metro station in 3-4 mins and it’s close the Vatican City! Overall, it was clean and the bed was comfortable! The toilet had a really bad smell and every time you flush the whole room starts smelling awful. The shower head and the shower doors were broken. There was a strange noise every time we turned on the water.

The convenience of having public transportation options right on our doorstep made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Whether we were heading to tourist attractions, restaurants, or simply exploring different neighborhoods, we found the proximity to the metro and bus stop to be extremely valuable. Coupled with the apartment's cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in both Rome and Vatican.
