• beatriz (8/5): Un apartamento muy bonito, amplio, cómodo y limpio - Es un apartamento muy bonito, amplio, cómodo y limpio. Muy cerca del centro. La llegada era a las 17:00, pedimos entrar antes y pudimos hacerlo a las 15:00 No me gusta hacer el checkin online, prefiero hacerlo presencial. En la información del apto no figuraba el checkin online, sólo nos enteramos después de reservarlo y pagar. El patio es precioso pero no estaba limpio, faltaba barrer el suelo. Nos dejaron 2 cápsulas de café, muy escaso si somos 2 personas 2 noches.

• David López Macias (7/5): - Mala experiencia con el checo in on line, , por distintos motivos,error mío, nos vimos en la puerta de entrada con la habitación pagada con la niña y frio ...cansados viaje en furgo, y no nos dejaba pasar por terminar los checo in..cuando podíamos haberlo hecho en casa caliente y tranquilo fue una muy mala experiencia evitable.,cuando la casa por ese precio en temporada baja esta muy bien

• Jianmei (10/5): A superb apartment and exceptional value for money - This apartment is truly exceptional! We like everything about it. The bed is comfortable, living room and kitchen space are very nice. Shower work very well. The courtyard is stunning. We didn’t use the court yard because of the temperature at this time of the year, but still found this apartment an exceptional value for money. It was nicer than the previous apartment we stayed at, which was a decent place but cost near double. Most apartments at this price range are more cheaply decorated, this place feels more like a home. The instructions to get in was very clear. We didn’t need to contact the host. The location was good for us. We used the free parking just outside the town, it took us 7 minutes to walk to the apartment, and about 8 minutes to walk to the center of the town. The place was quiet. We slept well every night. None

La calefacción funcionó muy bien durante mi estancia. Internet y la lavadora también muy bien. No hay artículos básicos como sal, azúcar, aceite, jabón de manos, etc. Cosas que normalmente están presentes en los pisos de alquiler vacacional.

• Eric Chia (8/5): A home in Salamanca - Places of interest located close to the establishment. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The host was kind to let us check in a little bit early. Some cosmetic needs updating. The shower design led to little flood post shower because there isn't a door glass. Some parts of the establishment requires a bit of attention to detail from cleaning perspective. This is easy to be improved.

Generalnie jest problem z parkowaniem w Salamance. Należy bardzo uważać żeby nie zapłacić majątku za dobę parkingu Brak noży do krojenia np chleba

• Carlos (8/5): Reasonable stay at Salamanca - The apartment was somewhat cold and the heating was not enough to warm it. The owner was not very friendly when we asked about this.
• Alexis (3/5): Not a welcoming place - The place is spacious and seems quiet, there are some kitchen equipment, Really difficult to access. We followed the instructions and rang at the building entrance, but after a brief opening (really short) of the main door, we found ourselves locked outside and had to wait for someone to open the main door. (We did try to ring again, but there was no answer). Instructions were not that clear and only in spanish. When I asked the owner to communicate in english (so we can understand the instruction), he refused. Clearly not a welcoming place !
