• Audrey (9/5): Au calme, spacieux et séjour trés agréable - C’est spacieux, trés propre, au calme, le personnel est trés serviable et disponible. Le logement est bien équipé pour s’y sentir bien en groupe. Je recommande vivement ! Juste peut être prévoir une table extérieure plus grande, à 6 nous étions sérrés.

Une baignade dans la piscine au retour d'une excursion est très appréciable. Proche des commodités et de la belle plage de la pointe du cannonier,quartier calme et résidentiel. On peut garer la voiture dans la propriété. Tout est parfait.

• Marilu (9/5): A wonderful and relaxing break - We had a wonderful week long stay here! Siva, the owner, keeps an exceptionally clean and beautiful space, both inside the apartment and the surrounding grounds - we really felt comfortable and at home. Theresa, our host, gave us such a warm welcome and both her and Siva were always at hand to respond promptly to any questions or issues we had. We stayed as a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our time. We also found an excellent restaurant nearby just 5-10 mins walk called ‘La Mediterrenae’ where we thoroughly enjoyed many meals. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Mauritius and would highly recommend this place to our friends and family. Nothing!

• Ferley (10/5): This place won't make you miss being in a fancy hotel because it has everything you need! - The property is very well appointed, clean, spacious and well maintained. The interior decorations and furnishing are in vibrant colours, reflecting the tropical location giving a feeling of warmth and comfort. Everything has been considered carefully to give a touch of luxury but yet homely atmosphere. There are good security measures and the pool is a great addition to this property, completing its holiday apartment feel. Notwithstanding everything else, our stay was greatly uplifted by the very kind, welcoming and pleasant nature of the hosts Theresa and Siva. Both live separately nearby but gave us the space we needed, only to appear when they had something useful to share which was very handy, as we could also ask them different questions and get help with things when needed. We were treated extremely well by them and made to feel at home from the time of arrival. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a large self-catering accommodation with a touch of luxury and hosts who care enormously about their guests well-being. The only small comment to make was that although Mauritius uses the standard 3 pin (Type G) UK plug, the property primarily contains the Type C Euro plug. I suppose it's my fault for assuming they only use the Type G plug but apparently they officially use both unlike in the Seychelles where Type G plug is the only official one (Mauritius & Seychelles were governed together by the UK at one point). If you're coming from the UK or anywhere with the 3 pin plug, you will need adaptors which we didn't bring but we managed with the two 3 pin plugs in the kitchen. Overall, the place was a perfect getaway with above average facilities and amenities for a self-catering place and hosts who showed their appreciation for having you there by making sure you're comfortable and feel right at home. Nothing, the place was perfect value for money. Minor updates needed to the smaller bathroom's shower cubicle but purely cosmetic ones, didn't bother us at all but would complete the luxury feel.
• Robert (9/5): A short stay in Mon Choisy - The apartment is spacious clean and bright with good quality furnishings giving the place a cool 90s vibe. Everything worked and the high end fridge which also made ice cubes was really appreciated. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent. The shared pool was spotless. There is a selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk and the beaches of Mon Choisy and Trou aux Biches were only a 15min walk away. We particularly liked Mon Choisy beach as the big hotels weren't there. The bed wasn't as described. The advert states extra large bed and it was only a double. There is no information about recycling in the area although we did find recycling bins in the car park at London Way supermarket. To note is that all beer bottles, soft drinks bottles and any glass bottles sold in the supermarket are taken back under a deposit scheme.

• Ingus (10/5): Great choise - I can agree to all previous comments. Great value for money. Very nice beach for kids and snorkeling 10 minutes away. Good and spacious house plan. We enjoyed our stay here. Car is recommended to go around. Just few restaurants and no shops within walking distance. Wifi was relatively unstable.

• Neil (10/5): Home in Trou-aux-biches Mauritius 🇲🇺 - A very lovely property in Trou Aux Biches on the north west coast of Mauritius. Plenty of space, with a swimming pool and a fully equipped property. Ideal for a family and Perfect for a long stay. Our Hostess Ancerine was excellent throughout, as was the owner Siva, very proactive and always ready to help. They made our experience very enjoyable, so we could take advantage of the beautiful beaches. Highly recommended 👌! Wi-fi was relatively slow and the twin sized beds were a tad small for a couple to sleep in comfortably. The public beach is about a 10 minute walk. Would recommend renting a car or a scooter to get around.
