• Ynnaf31 (7/5): - L'Appartement est assez grand très bien situé pas loin du centre 400m le matelas est confortable, le cafe ou le the pour un petit dejeuner et une bouteille d'eau en arrivant. En bas de l'immeuble il y a un carrefour pour faire quelques courses et le wifi fonctionne bien. Il n'y a pas de clim comme indiqué surtout dans la chambre il faisait chaud même au mois de mai je ne conseille pas en plein été. Le canapé n'était pas confortable et le tuyau de la douche fuyait. Des travaux dans l'immeuble très tôt le matin.

• Luna May (8/5): Buena ubicación y buen alojamiento. - Estaba todo limpio, las intalaciones eran nuevas y la atención bastante bien. La ubicación es ideal, cerca del centro pero en una zona bastante tranquila sin mucho ruido por las noches. Como sugerencia, no como algo negativo, en la cocina poner algunos básicos como sal, aceite... Aunque había un horario para no hacer ruido desde las 22 de la noche hasta las 9 de la mañana, hubo varios días que no se respetaron, tanto por parte de otros huéspedes haciendo ruidos en los pasillos a las 00 de la noche, como de algunos trabajadores.
• Valerie (3/5): A comfortable 6 night stay in an excellent location, but was let down by the noise of renovations and having workers goi - Very comfortable, clean apartment, maximum 20 minute walk to Seville centre and the main places to visit. We were sent access code on day of arrival. Good facilities to make snacks with 2 ring induction and combi microwave, but no oven. Carrefour convenience store across the road. Sufficient hot water for showers and semi-comfortable beds (the double bed more so than the sofa bed). The company can provide a paid parking space in a secure underground garage at extra cost-but this must be reserved at time of booking. We were not expecting the reform/construction going on at the duplex apartment adjacent/above the apartment, which was quite noisy during the day. Also permission on three separate occasions to access the apartment (when we were not there)to check the building’s air conditioning system, which we felt invaded our privacy-I have received a partial refund of 6.5% of the total price paid for this inconvenience. The entrance is in on a very narrow piece of road; so there is no parking to unload belongings at the entrance, but there is a lift. There are some spaces further away but rarely free. Things to improve-use a fitted sheet on the bed as the flat sheet comes away during the night. The towels (although very clean) could be bigger. Provide pillows for the sofa bed.

El apartamento está reformado y es todo nuevo, por las fotos te encanta y lo coges a la primera, pero donde está la SORPRESA??? Que al entrar al portal está todo con humedades, tienen hasta agujeros hechos paras que salga el agua o seque, eso significa que no tienen intención de arreglarlo, pero eso es lo de menos, llegas al apartamento y a la que abres…. SORPRESA UN OLOR A HUMEDAD QUE NO SE PUEDE NI ESTAR Y OLOR A ALCANTARILLA. Y LA ATENCIÓN PÉSIMA Y SIN NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN Solo digo que una imagen vale más que 1.000 palabras, juzgar vosotrxs mismo. Por muy barato que sea NO COGAIS ESTE ALOJAMIENTO NI A ESTA EMPRESA. Gracias.
• syria (4/5): posizione ok, alloggio sporco e poco fornito - ottima posizione, vicino al centro e a tutte le attrazioni, tutte le distanze percorribili a piedi (massimo 20/30 minuti) peccato che l'alloggio non fosse pulitissimo al nostro arrivo, appena siamo entrare abbiamo visto subito le formiche in cucina e in camera e arrivavano fino al bagno, abbiamo avvisato subito l'host con relative foto ma non si sono più fatti sentire. in più l'alloggio non era del tutto fornito: abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica perchè non era sufficiente e in cucina mancava tutto (spugne e sapone per lavare i piatti) per quello che abbiamo speso mi aspettavo di meglio
• Maria (7/5): Cómodo y bien equipado - Su ubicación excepcional, bien equipado y moderno. Se concentra mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no funciona y el pingüino del aire solo da para la zona de estar por lo que en la habitación se concentra muchísimo calor.

Tuż przed przyjazdem gość informowany jest o rzekomo „pękniętej rurze” i konieczności zakwaterowania gdzie indziej. Lokal to niewielkie studio 24metrowe z grzybem które jeszcze kilka miesięcy temu było śmierdzącym warsztatem samochodowym wg google street. Nie było mowy o żadnym zwrocie pieniędzy z różnicy wartości. Normalnie nie wynajęlibyśmy tego odpadu, gdyby nie wprowadzenie w błąd. Bylo dalej do centrum niz w pierwotnej lokalizacji, głośno i robotnicy zaglądający przez jedyne okno bezpośrednio przy chodniku.

• BenMarEli (8/5): Situation idéale dans une rue calme. - L'emplacement est quasi idéal non loin des centres d'intérêts et dans une rue calme. Le fait qu'il y ait 2 sanitaires dans l'appartement est un plus. La place de parking est situé à 150/200 mètres grand max de l'appartement. Récupérer les clés est aisé. La communication peut un peu surprendre car si dans certains lieu vous avez toutes les indications (comment entrer parking etc) la veille ici nous les avons eu au dernier moment mais tout s'est bien passé. L'espace du bas salle de douche et chambre a du cachet. La partie à l'étage est plutôt fonctionnelle. Attention : Nous étions 3 et il y a seulement 2 chaises pour s'assoir. Si vous restez plusieurs jours il n'y a pas de lave linge. Il n'y a pas de porte entre le bas et le haut. A l'arrivée nous sommes tous dans le même espace mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais cela peut gêner.

• Ilaria (6/5): - La posizione è molto comoda, così come la pulizia e l'arredamento. Al nostro arrivo, pur essendo in 3, non abbiamo trovato il divano letto aperto. Arrivando a mezzanotte inoltrata questo è stato un discreto disagio un po' perché abbiamo dovuto capire come fare e un po' per il rumore generato (dovendo anche spostare un mobile per aprirlo). Inoltre, una volta aperto, ci siamo rese conto che non ci fossero i cuscini e quindi abbiamo dovuto condividere in 3 i cuscini del letto matrimoniale.

Ademas al estar en un bajo, todas las personas que entraban al edificio se les escuchaban. El colchon era bastante blando y la cama hacia mucho ruido al moverse. La llave del portal no funcionaba y habia q abrir todo el rato con el pin.

• Faria (5/5): Passable - L’appartement est parfaitement situé dans Séville, proche de tout. Il est suffisamment spacieux, la chambre est confortable, la salle de bain est bien, et le personnel au téléphone est agréable. L’arrivée est possible à partir de 15h et il faut préciser une heure approximative pendant l’enregistrement. À notre arrivée, nous avons attendre car le logement n’était pas prêt, encore en cours de nettoyage, et l’agence ne nous avait donc envoyé aucune information le jour j pour récupérer l’appartement. Nous n’étions d’ailleurs pas les seuls dans cette situation. Le lendemain, on nous appelle pour rentrer dans notre logement pendant notre absence car une entreprise devait vérifier quelque chose dans les logements, un dimanche ? Sans parler du bruit, infernal, aucune isolation entre les différents logement de l’immeuble. Il ne faut pas du tout avoir le sommeil léger car on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou l’appartement du dessus. Il faisait également très chaud dans le logement, compliqué de dormir. Pourtant il ne faisait que 20-25•C dehors mais la chaleur était beaucoup plus élevée dans le logement, en novembre… Et dernier point, nous avons voulu déplié le canapé lit du salon mais l’alaise était juste dégueulasse. Des taches jaunes partout, des cheveux, des poils…

The location in a quiet street but walking distance from most of the seesights, the amenities, the convenient store opposite the flat. In the flat we stayed there were 2 toilets for a bit of privacy, this was perfect. Nothing. For my needs, it was perfect

• Omid (1/5): Worst place I’ve ever stayed. - Absolutely nothing- place looks pretty but it’s the most disgusting and unclean place I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was bad- as mentioned: very very dirty and unclean. I could write a novel on how bad the place is. A skid mark in the toilet to greet us, hairs on the mattress and even a dead bug on the sofa bed. No linen or blanket to use for the 2nd “bed” (sofa bed). We couldn’t leave the property in the morning and didn’t have any keys to let us out. The hosts were terrible and started lying and making up things completely.

• Ely (1/5): un asco - El apartamento estaba sucio, sin precinto en el WC, muy mal olor a tuberias y humedad. En la encimera de la cocina había hormigas. Avisé para que me cambiaran de apto, pero no lo hicieron, a cambio vino un chico de mantenimiento para echar spray y eso hizo que además salieran cucarachas. El suelo estaba sucio y había telarañas en la paredes. Fué un horror y eso que avisé que iba con un bebé, al cual lo tenía que tener en brazos continuamente para que no tocara los bichos. Es insalubre alojarse ahí.

• Svitlana (9/5): Прекрасні але не доглянуті апартаменти. - Сучасне помешкання з прекрасними меблями. На даху є басейн, але ми були в листопаді, тому не могли скористатися цією можливістю. Номер дворівневий, з прекрасними санітарними умовами. В пішій доступності від Алькасара і кафедрального собору. Під час дощу у вітальні з стелі біля дверей сильно капає вода. Господар ставить відра, щоб вода не потрапляла на підлогу, але це не допомагає. Рекомендую господарю контролювати чистоту в приміщенні.

• Nóra (9/5): - Rendkívül jó helyen van, igényesen felújított, légkondicionált. Ideális egy rövid kiruccanáshoz. Nagyon örülök, hogy itt foglaltunk szállást, minden könnyen megközelíthető volt. Még csukott ablakokkal is nagyon zajos, de ez a város ezen részén biztosan mindenhol így van. Az ágy kicsit kicsi és a fürdőszobában vagy a szobában lehetnének akasztók, de ez minden.

• Kacperski (7/5): Everything is very nice, with the problem of air conditioning - The flat looks very good, kitchen, bathroom, bed and localization was great. Air conditioning is not working good, when we ask to fix it, someone was supposed to come to fix it and no one showed up. It was hard to sleep the first few days at 37 degrees. (There was a small air conditioner but it was not enough for the entire apartment, main air conditioning wasn’t working)

• Laura (8/5): Tranquil city break - Communication with the hosts was excellent. Lots of outdoor space. Pool was lovely. Modern feel to the apartment. Clean on arrival. Location peaceful and 10-15 minutes away from main attractions. Handy shop opposite. Good value for money for the privacy and rooftop pool. Some things could do with updating e.g the deckchairs, parasol. Pool wasn’t cleaned during my stay so did get a bit dirty. Other than that, very happy with my stay.
• Richard (10/5): Go on, book it, you will really enjoy. - Excellent location for exploring Seville. Very comfortable apartment with lots of amenities. Staff were always helpful if an issue arose. The aircon coped with the 40c afternoons very well. The location is in between the railway station and Setas de Seville. On the way to the railway station visit the Cafe Navarone. A lovely breakfast and lovely staff. 👍👍 One small issue. The microwave and electronic door lock could do with some instructions for less technically minded folk. Other than that, an excellent place to stay.
• Adrian (8/5): Verry spacious, good positioning, good communication with the host - Verry good positioning, the apartment is big and has everything you need despite other reviews said (towels, paper towels for kitchen and blanket). Indeed in living room of apartment 4 there are traces of a water leak above the window but I don't think it's something that will bother you very much. We arrived around 9:30 and the host helped us with baggage storage at their office until room was ready. The room was ready earlier than the check-in time. No problem with bathroom draining on apartment 4. Right next to the apartment there is a market where you can get supplies. The bed slides in all directions because it is on wheels even if is locked.
• Brenda (4/5): Disappointing - Great Reno of an old space. Not made up upon arrival. Not clean. Worker entered with keys & didn’t knock.
• Evie (6/5): Pleasant, good location, minor improvements would make it a lot better - Great Location Comfortable Bed Easy to access No street noise There was a homeless lady sitting in the building entrance on our first night (It made us a bit uncomfortable) The electricity went and there was an incessant beeping and we ended up having to unplug the Wi-Fi Hosts weren't overly responsive to the 2 issues faced above No hand towels in either bathroom (We had to use our shower towels) Barely any shampoo in the shower (we had to buy our own) The stairs was very dusty (not hoovered)
