- Andrew (6/5): The owner was very nice and the room served it's purpose. - The property is a way out of the town. About a 10 minute walk. I chose it for that reason as it was far enough away from the mosques that my sleep was not disturbed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They provided a thermos of hot water and coffee and offered an electric kettle, when I arrived. They served up a delicious breakfast of nasi goreng and chicken, which was cooked specifically for my allergies. The view of Rinjani from the veranda of my room was spectacular. I could not get the shower to produce any hot water. There was a gas cylinder fitted to the gas water heater at the rear of the room, but I could not get any hot water at all. I left after my first night, so I wasn't able to discuss with the owner about that problem. There were lots of mosquitos flying around the room the whole night. Bring mosquito repellent.

- Azman (6/5): simple and quiet place. - Bengker Bungalow is a simple lodging with nothing fancy. Good enough to sleep and relax a bit. Breakfast is provided and you get a view of Rinjani. Worth the price you pay. if you expect all the luxury then this is not your place. There was no electric kettle to boil water but we asked the staff and the provided us with thermo flask with hot water. Not only that, they also provided us with coffee and sugar.
