- Jaiprakash (10/5): - Closer to the Temple, clean rooms, ample and safe parking though on the road..
- Byroji (8/5): - Homely atmosphere. Bathing facility was very nice
- ILANGO (9/5): - Located very close to the temple as well shops snd restaurants.
Staff with friendly smile, excellent homely breakfast

- B (9/5): Superb -
- P (10/5): Exceptional - Nice heritage building
- Joy (7/5): Pleasant stay, fantastic location. - The best thing about this property is its proximity to the Channakeshava Temple in Belur. Barely 3-5 min walk, Keshava Heritage is ideally located if your primary goal is to visit the temple. We were able to visit the temple both the evening and morning.
The rooms are basic, good for a night's stay. Good breakfast and dinner was provided. Helpful staff.
We were provided rooms in the back which were fairly quiet. The rooms were a little hot during the day. They seem to be in the process of installing air-conditioners. The property is on a busy road, so a bit of noise from the road but not too bad.
- Krishnan (8/5): More like a heritage homstay good and comfortable place - Heritage Close to temple
- Meera (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roshni (5/5): Passable - Close to the Temple. Old heritage vibes. Loved the swing in the room. The breakfast was sad. Like roti and sambar. Thats all. The room we had was right next to the road, too noisy. Request for a room inside if you want a quite stay.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful house. Smsll room but nice setting room. Homely feeling.. very friendly lady. Close tp the temple
- Srivathsan (7/5): Good value for money - Good. Freshly prepared Dining room was very small
- Zoltan (8/5): Near to the temple - Very friendly staff, huge room, tasty breakfast. Just from 100 m from the main attraction. It is at the very busy Temple Rd, that is why it is very noisy.
- Shuvransu (9/5): Well maintained and Comfortable Stay - Lovely heritage home, located next to the famous Belur temple. Maintained by a small family, the stay actually is a heritage property and has been well preserved through the years. The rooms, although very basic, but are well priced compared to some other properties around the temple. Would definitely prefer this if you're planning for a short stay and live closer to the temple.
- Giridhar (1/5): Disappointing and definitely not value for money. - The location of the property is quite good although there is high traffic during temple hours. The hotel serves home food which is something I like The place makes you realize that what you see on Instagram and social media is not reality. The rooms were very small and with a very low roof. It’s a very old property which despite renovation still doesn’t look better. The bathroom facilities were not clean, hair was lying around. The geyser has limited capacity. Can fill up only a sixth of a bucket with hot water each time. There is not a dustbin available in the room. They claim to have WiFi but the network is never switched on. There is not a chair to sit or keep stuff.
- Kaushik (9/5): Superb - The host and the caretakers. Also the property is excellent with old world vibes and the swings. Suggest to offer meals , because it is a bit difficult to find eating places. Very limited options outside.
- Shankar (7/5): Good -
- Navi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Udayashankar (7/5): Good - Location, cleanliness Exorbitant price for the facilities provided
- Rasika (10/5): Memorable wonderful stay in the heritage home - The temple is right opp to the property. It's wonderful to get to stay so close to the temple and stay in a Heritage home ! Such beautifully maintained home with extremely well maintained rooms , wonderful caretakers. You will feel like you are at home only. There is nothing to dislike here , everything is beautiful
- Seshadri (10/5): Definitely Worth Staying - Excellent Staff, Comfortable stay and Homely atmosphere. Very near temple
- Ramanan (7/5): Good -
- Rohit (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. Super cosy place and helpful staff.
- R (8/5): Very good -
- Mahapatra (9/5): Real heritage homestay - Home made with love
- Bhattacharjee (8/5): Quite and Good place and can get better. - the location and the ambience of the place were good. the room was clean but had a fungus smell in the room which was not very comfortable. they could clean the fans too. it was very dusty. maybe the smell was from there.
- J (1/5): Over all my stay was below average, - Location is very good because its very near to the temple street, facilities are well available. near by you can find all shops like medical, bakery and hotels. Breakfast is worst, they gave some idles and very ordinary sambar, which was tasting worst overall.
- Raghuram (8/5): Very good -
- Prabhanjan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hariharan (8/5): Homely atmosphere and caring staff - Care takers ( Pavithra and her mother) with a warm smile and service bent of mind. Helpful host (Bhavya) with directions, recommendations and guidance. Additional plug points for charging around bed side
- Santhoshsridhar09 (7/5): Excellent property, cozy room, wonderful hostess Mamatha, great food from Mamatha and her mom - Hospitality of the hosts Mr./Mrs. Suresh and Ms Mamatha were warm and caring. Breakfast was homely, delicious. The property was real heritage quality. Location for those visiting the Belur temple was fantastic! Car had to be parked on the road in front. No big issue as it was legal parking space
- Shilpa (7/5): Good - It was quiet and cozy. For people who need some downtime and on a spiritual journey. Cobwebs in the corner walls. Toilet rolls weren't provided.
- Renuka (8/5): We did not stay at the place but was there for a few hours. Had breakfast and the hostess was very friendly and pleasant - Proximity to temple and the house Heritage home
- Yogita (8/5): Warm host , yummy dosa made by lady 🫡.very near to Temple so it was wonderful to hear bhanjans in the morning from the p - Rooms because it’s century old 🤩 Nothing as such ..
- Aravind (7/5): Average stay with hyped prices. - The big room has only one fan and has 5 beds. No way everyone will get sufficient air. If you open the windows the mosquitoes/cockroaches will swamp the room. If it's closed its hot. More fans, comfortable beds, cockroach free bathrooms.
- Vineesh (9/5): Superb -
- Srinidhi (7/5): Great location, good place! - Location is great. Right next to the temple and close to many eateries. Room was ok. Room didn’t have coffee maker or drinking water. Breakfast was average.
- Paresh (8/5): Very good -
- Ashwin (7/5): Good -
- Sulaksha (8/5): Very good - Location and host
- Ketan (8/5): Definitely, I will go again to stay there in future - breakfast and location as well as good staff
- Indranil (7/5): Lovely property near the temple, with a few hiccups - The location of the property is excellent - just a stones throw from the exquisite Chennakeshava temple. It’s a beautiful structure divided into smallish rooms and dorms. The staff is very supportive. This is possibly the only property in Belur town with an English speaking host. It’s a good B&B and gives a you a feel of Indian small town life. The property is a mini architectural gem. The rooms are bit too small and basic. It’s for those who travel light, otherwise you can’t move around. There is hot water, but you have to manually mix it in a bucket to and pour it for a bath. This is avoidable. We suffered due to a stable WiFi connection in our room and a mobile phone signal and had to cut our visit short - as we needed to be in contact with home for medical and other emergencies of aged parents. I think fixing the WiFi and shower issues should be prioritised by the property. The room sizes, I understand, cannot be helped as it is a heritage property and cannot be meddled with.
- Karthik (8/5): Very good - Good value for money and very helpful host
- Yashu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zorbazzz (10/5): Fantastic stay. - I cannot rate anything but a 10 with congratulations.
It's a gem, unlike any guesthouse I ever stay in India. The location is also best. Nothing.
- Nandakrishna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Asha (8/5): Keshava Heritage stay review - Proximity to the Belur temple, helpful manager and their family, cleanliness of the rooms Basic amenities like TV wifi missing. Also parking is a problem. Tooth brush paste shampoo etc not included in toiletries. Felt the price of room did not match the facilities
- Ram (9/5): The heritage stop for a recce of the Hoysala wonders - The heritage aspect of the villa. Authentic. The hosts were warm and friendly to a spoil. That there isn't a food service other than breakfast
- Sreeraj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abhinandan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anand (9/5): Great stay - The heritage home is excellent and has nice architecture. The hosts are very helpful people - the location itself is very close to Belur temple allowing us multiple visits to the temple. None
- Yatish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Venkatesh (8/5): Very good -
- Shashi (10/5): It was excellent , owner of property I spoke to and guardians are best. - I told all Central geezer switch
- Pramit (7/5): Good - Hosts were very good. The electric water kettle was not cleaned, fungus was there.
- Kanakavaraprasad (9/5): Superb - The property is very next to temple. Homely environment. The dressing table and other furnitures should have been cleaned. None of the drawers were in a condition to keep stuff. Rest all was perfect.
- Puneet (10/5): Like a family home. - Great service and breakfast. Very hospitable staff. Highly recommend.
- Jairam (7/5): Good - Excellent location in a nice village next to the temple Quite dusty, lot of disturbances from other guests and problems like water overflowing from tank in the middle of the night on to the metal roof above which I was sleeping . Also some work was being done at odd hours making it difficult to sleep
- Thiruvikraman (9/5): Superb -
- Kesavan (10/5): Wonderful stay at Belur - Fantastic location, wonderful staff. Home feeling Little better bathrooms would have been good.
- Arun (8/5): Very good - Service and location. Rooms are good enough as we were not expecting a resort style room. Just a clean place to stay for the night and visit the temple.
- Uday (6/5): Pleasant - Location of the cottage near the temple. The room provided. It was simply not upto the mark . The room and the facilities in the room was not matching to the rent charged..
- Vaman (8/5): Very good -
- Lakshmi (10/5): Quaint stay at Belur - At The Keshava Heritage Stay, he rooms retained the quaint feel of an old home and made comfortable with modern amenities. This place is located just right across the Belur Chennakeshava temple. The staff were very nice and helpful. The owner(s) provided us valuable tips for what to see and visit in and around Belur and we ended up having an enriched experience of the Hoysala temples and other structures. The staff also provided some traditional games! The stay can be made better with lunch/dinner facility also. It's understandable that it's not a very big place but if a simple lunch/dinner can be provided with pre-order.
- Rajaram (8/5): Very good -
- G (5/5): Passable - Location Lot of noise from other occupants.A bus was parked in front of the property and whole night they were talking and disturbing. The occupants are came in the same bus...It is very pathetic.Even the bus was started in the night and lot of noise.Breakfast no choice.Only one item.Booking .com should assess and then recommend.
I strongly insist my full money to be refunded.
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Very kind, welcoming and helpful hosts
Delicious local breakfast
Help finding a driver to take us on next stage
Next door to the amazing temple
Across from coffee and lassi shop
- Avik (8/5): Very good - -Very homely atmosphere
-Very corteus staff.Mamata,Mamata's mother were very polite and quick to serve.Bhavya who is the owner was also very prompt.
-Clean rooms -The double room offered was slightly compact and didn't have a Ceiling fan making it a bit difficult for my parents who were staying there. The large rooms are really spacious and airy and hence those are the best options.Overall a good stay but.
- Ranna (10/5): Already gave a review - Everything. Nothing
- Prasad (9/5): Superb - Good location. Very near to the temple No washbasin in toilet or room.
- Prachi (7/5): Good - Good location, clean room
- Karthik (10/5): Good heritage place - Well maintained, heritage property. Good experience overall. The bathroom could do with a wash basin.
- Kiran (10/5): Exceptional - Ambience, hospitality , 50meters away from temple None
- Anand (10/5): Exceptional -
- Praveensagarm (9/5): Superb -
- Harish (8/5): Very good -
- Santosh (8/5): Very good - The house is atleast 100-150 yrs old and the entire setup that too near temple was good.Cleaniless and well maintained. I think the price was doubled because when I checked last time it was under 2k for one night...this time the price was double which I think was overpriced anything under 2k is best fit price without lunch n dinner around 4k is pretty hight.
- Rawat (10/5): Awesome place to stay and relief your stress .also city and location is good to roam around in night - The owner and staff is too friendly...The rooms are just awesome. We entered after a very bad incident in this place and belive me the ambience and view released my stress in just seconds. Rooms are nice and as it names says .. it's a real heritage site
- Divyanshu (10/5): Keshava Heritage is a rare find - Keshava Heritage exceeded my expectations. This stay was a rare find and I would definitely recommend booking this place. The location is very convenient with the Chennakeshwara Temple being a stone throw away. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty, especially their coffee. Overall a great stay. Nothing that comes to mind. It was a pleasant stay.
- Rene (8/5): Comfortable and clean! - The property was cute in the style of an old house. The hosts were very accommodating and were always reachable. The breakfast was a simple home cooked delicious meal! The room was tiny but very comfortable and clean. The location is central and convenient to go to the temple. The bed was quite small to our liking. There could be air vents or tiny windows in the room. The window we had had a fan attached so I'm not sure if we could have opened it.
- Akanksha (9/5): Superb -
