• Maria (9/5): Muy a gusto, situación fantástica, volvería sin duda. - Cómodo, práctico, buen baño, cocina es genial, repuesto de toallas y almohadas. Wifi iba bien. Falta una luz indirecta al lado de la cama, las luces del techo son muy intensas, falta un espejo de cuerpo entero. No hay donde verse y hay sitio para ponerlo.

• Andrew (10/5): Lovely apartment in superb location. - Great location - a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco. Clean, modern, light, spacious and very comfortable apartment. Ideal for our stay in Venice. Not a problem for us but, note that there are a number of stairs to the apartment.
• Guest (10/5): Ubicación de lujo - Una ubicación inmejorable a menos de 5 minutos andando de la plaza de san marcos. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y es cómodo aún para 4 personas. Las camas son cómodas y desde la ventana tiene una vista a la plaza de san marcos muy chula. Pese a ser una calle concurrida en una pequeña plaza no se oye nada de ruido Es un 4 sin ascensor y las escaleras son un poco empinadas

Air conditioner not working at all during our first day, when complained about the situation, they adjusted it but allowing to go down only to a certain temperature. Apart from that the apartment is quite new and the location is superb.

• Mallik (9/5): Nice Location for Family Stay - Apartment location is close to the all main attractions and restatements and you can easily explore the Venice from here. It was clearly communicated that apartment is on 4th floor and no lift expected. Air-conditioning was kept on when we arrived on a warm day and it was so relaxing. View of the city is nice from the window. We Enjoyed our statys Nothing major to complaint. Everything is as explained and expected..

• Dat (10/5): We really enjoyed the comfort of your place! - Convenience, centrally located, and newly renovated. Everything was clean and the view was amazing. Stairs but manageable because stairs are inside of the building. Would be really nice if you can put some hooks on the walls throughout the property so that guests can hang up towels and clothes.
• Victoria (9/5): Great stay in a magical city. This is a good apartment - Really super location. You couldn’t ask for better. The check in is so easy as it’s part of a nearby hotel. You can leave your bags there if needed. Really good apartment, well equipped, suitable for a family as you sleep in the same room.

• Aarthi (9/5): We had a great stay at this property. San Marco square is less than 5 mins. Plenty of restaurant choices. Everything is - Very close to main attractions
• Sida (8/5): New and clean apartments in a great location - Very new and clean. Some basic amenities like a cutting board and a sharp knife were missing in the apartment.

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - Location was great, really close to St Mark's square with views of the domes on St Mark's Basilica and the top of the Campanile from the living room window. Apartment is new so was very clean and well fitted out. Accommodation in Venice isn't cheap, anywhere, and this is no different although was cheaper than most other near by options (I think because it's new, so price may go up). Apartment was on the 4th floor with access via stairs only so not the most suitable option for those who may struggle with stairs. They did make this clear though and had a free early cancellation in case you decide the stair only option is not suitable
