• Dirk Ingolf (10/5): Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Herzen von Belgrad - Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Herzen der Belgrader Innenstadt (5 Gehminuten bis zum Platz der Republik) und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen (Hinterhof eines Hauses auf einer autofreien Straße). Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Bushaltestelle (Zeleni Venac), an dem der Zubringer vom und zum Flughafen endet bzw. startet sowie mit der Obilicev venac eine Straße mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars. Das Apartment selbst ist für bis zu 2 Personen groß genug und modern, geschmackvoll aber auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der separierten Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu verpflegen; wenn man das dann möchte. Sehr angenehm ist auch die kleine, überdachte Terrasse vor der Eingangstür, wo es sich bei einer Zigarette und einem Glas Wein oder eine Flasche Bier bestens nach absolviertem Sightseeing-Programm chillen lässt. Durch die Lage des Apartments (Erdgeschoss im Hof) lässt es sich auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen gut aushalten; zumal man dort auch nachts bedenkenlos die Fenster offen lassen kann. Wenn man einmal den Dreh raus hat, welcher Schalter und welche Knöpfe, wie einzustellen sind, lässt sich auch die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen gut und einfach regulieren. Das Internet funktioniert hervorragend; auch im Außenbereich. Danilo ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief hervorragend und die Beschreibung mit den Codes zum Öffnen der Türen zum Haus und zum Apartment ist kurz und einfach gehalten. Wenn es mich noch einmal nach Belgrad verschlagen sollte, würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte kaum besser sein! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Eingangstür zum Apartment schließt schlecht, die Duschzelle könnte besser isoliert sein, die Klimaanlage tropft etwas und macht den Eindruck, an tropisch warmen Tagen überfordert zu sein und der Hinterhof könnte besser gepflegt sein (Kakerlaken). Auch wäre es gut, wenn man im Apartment Küchenhandtücher und einen Besen nebst Kehrblech vorfinden würde. Etwas geärgert hatte mich, dass ich meine Buchung 2 Wochen vor Anreise verbindlich bestätigen musste, obwohl lt. Website die Stornierung auch noch wenige Tage vor Ankunft möglich gewesen wäre. Ich habe dennoch nicht bereut, die Unterkunft gebucht zu haben; würde mir aber wünschen, wenn die tatsächlichen Buchungsbedingungen diesbezüglich transparenter gestaltet wären.

• DaGi2 (9/5): Zeer goed gelegen in centrum van de stad en toch rustig en stil. - Supergoed gelegen tav het centrum, rustig achteraan gebouw in autovrije straat. Parkeergarage op enkele stappen van locatie. Zeer vlot en vriendelijk onthaal. Leuk en slim ingericht. Alles voor handen. Hond welkom. Tuintje zou wat opgekuist kunnen worden en gezelliger ingericht. Je ruikt de aanwezigheid van de katten enorm goed.

• Ozgur (10/5): Excellent flat in center location - We liked our stay a lot. It was a very center location. It is next to the main pedestrian street and also the central bazaar. It is even next to main bus stops. Room was designed and furnished well. Kitchenware were perfect. It had every kitchen knives you would need in cooking. Inner yard with cats was cool. Heating, TV and internet all worked well. Nothing to mention. As a sarcasm I can mention, the lid of the freezer part of fridge is not openable due to its opening side. 😍

• Serpil (10/5): Exceptional - Location is wonderful, Danilo is great and helpful. The house has everything you need. Keyless entrance helps you to arrange your entry freely. Danilo thinks each details that make you feel comfort. The place is small but well-designed and adequate. the only suggestion I can make is that putting a manual lock on the door inside maybe helpful for the guests.

• Jingjing (10/5): Good experience - Convenient. Easy to get to Knez Mihailova Street. It’s big and have a kitchen and full equipped. A small bar is amazing. Everything is great.
