• Alejandro Forga (7/5): La casa de Willy Wonka - Sitio limpio y con recepción 24 horas. Te daban agua al llegar y tiene nevera. La atención es bastante mejorable y esta regentado por niños que están jugando al FIFA. Tuvimos que insistir durante días para que nos enviaran el certificado de registro de turistas. La ubicación es muy lejos del centro, pero el barrio donde esta es tranquilo y seguro.

• Serena (4/5): - Struttura fatiscente e maltenuta, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera. Gli asciugamani e lenzuola erano tutti macchiati e ce li hanno dati solo per una persona. Il personale non parla inglese, è sgradevole e per niente disponibile. Assolutamente non consigliato

The receptionist was helpful and trust me as I could only exchange Euro in So‘m after 2 days to pay the room. But more importantly is that I highly recommend to visit this unbelievable nice city with incredible cute citizens.Please keep this smiling a whole live. I will always remember these days and I was falling in love with wunderful Usbekistan and especially the helpful people around the city .. Men seni sevaman birodar yurt 🇺🇿 Sadly pretty noisy

• Angelica (9/5): The best cheap hotel I’ve ever stayed at! - The first thing I noticed when I arrived is how good smell their hotel is. I’m very tired from long train ride from Uzbekistan but got excited when I saw my room. It’s quite big and spacious for its price thus how clean the bathroom is, and still smells good. The water temperature from the bathroom is working so well, the tv and fridge is also working so everything is perfect for me, even some staff cannot understand full English, then will try their best to assist you and give you a great stay. The aircon is already 16c but I still feel hot, but I think that’s my body problem since I always feel hot

• Eva (4/5): Terrible experience due to inept staff - The room was big, comfortable and well equiped. Provided with AC and a small fridge. The hotel is far from everything: we couldn't have anything to eat, no restaurants nearby. Regarding the staff: this could not be worse! Even though they state the reception is open 24 hours, nobody was there. When we went to bed, we saw the sheets were dirty, but despite trying to reach out to the reception to get clean ones, we got no response from the staff. Our messages were systematically ignored and nobody showed up. Same thing with toilet paper (not provided).We sent messages, tried to contact them many times (even through a phone videocall placed at the reception desk), but no one replied either. We got up early to explore Tashkent, but lost at least 40 minutes waiting for someone to show up for checking out. The whole experience was exasperating. The only thing they were agile was to ask for the payment, ignoring all of our complaints.

No breakfast (I did not realize it while I was booking), room is not comfortable as the AC is located just above the bed. Bathroom has poor ventilation.

I came early in the morning and we had some communication problems but the stuff was very kind and helpful and they prepared the room early in the morning for me! • May (8/5): Convenient budget stay with friendly staff and accessible transportation options. - The rooms were standard budget stay rooms and has all the amenities that you'd need. The staffs at the register were easy to talk to and you can pay by card, which is amazing. Since Tashkent is a city where all the tourist spots are far apart from each other, the location didn't really matter since you can take metro or Yandex Go for a cheaper price. No complaints.
