• Lovely (10/5): - The Hotel is very nice and well.maintained. The water park is nearby and more stall for parking. The Free transportation going to the airport is my best 👌 accomodation and convenient.
• Aiza Marie (4/5): - Why have a hotel at a waterpark if the waterpark isn’t open on the weekdays? It would be like booking a hotel at Mactan beach and the beach being closed.

It was very slow season and away from the city so...my expectations werent high. Its not anything special but id go back just for the people that catered to us.

• Monica (4/5): - After I booked with Expedia I message the property to ask from what time to what time is the water parks I received a reply saying that from 9 to 5pm only but highlighting it is Ok because the pool is open up to 10pm. She should just inform me that the parks is close because when go went there we are inform water park is close. Without the waterpark I will not book waterworld hotel only to find out during check in it is close even the next day.I feel like being scammed by whoever replies my message.Definitely not in a good staycation mood.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 快適な滞在でした - 家族3人で滞在しました。日付が変わった真夜中の到着でしたが、スタッフの方が待っていてくださりスムーズにチェックイン。 広くてきれいな部屋、大人と小学生の子供が寝るのに十分なサイズのベッドが2台、完全にセパレートのシャワールームとトイレ、と非常に快適な滞在でした！ 朝食は1人400ペソでアメリカンかフィリピン式のセット数種類から選択。 街からは離れており、周辺には何もないため何処に行くにも車は必須ですが、Grabを使えば問題無し。 特に家族連れの方にオススメです。

Didn’t like no communication from the receptionist where in we asked her re availability of the shuttle she said yes she took our flight details never said what will be our pick up time when we’re about to settled our accounts I asked her re shuttle bus she said 10:00am I told her we’re not informed of the time should be three hours before our international flights at 1215 at least 08-0830 am supposed to be our pick up time she said the driver not available till 10am end up calling taxi prior to that emailed them re availability of the shuttle bus no response from them
• Maria Arje (10/5): - I would stay again in this hotel, but I have to plan properly for shopping as it is far away from Malls, also if you take taxi there’s additional 50 pesos for the taxi. The hotel wont charge you for that, but the taxi will. They will call a taxi for you! Everything is great! Love the room, it is very clean and smelled fresh!
• roeul (10/5): - Transportation is challenging if you don’t have your own ride. Otherwise the entire facility and staff is 10 of 10. Highly recommended!
• Rosalinda (10/5): - New and nice hotel. It seems to be unknown to taxi drivers, however if you mention Waterworld Cebu you will be fine. The access to the waterworld was included, that was a plus. I would stay here again when in Cebu.

• Luc david (2/5): - La réservation etait pour 3 personnes. Au déjeuner inclus ils nous ont dit que le forfait inclus déjeuner pour 2. Que je dois payer pour la 3 personne, notre enfant. Le contrat n est pas fait comme cela. Il m ont répondu qu il vont modifier l annonce sur expedia suite a la plainte que j ai fais. On ne change pas un contrat comme ca. Au check out il voulait me faire signé que je devais plus de 6800 pesos pour l hébergement. Hors j ai payer au moment de la réservation. Ils sont malhonnête. Je qualifie plutot de voleur
• Addie Angelyn (2/5): - Very Disappointing Experience – Never Again! We booked multiple rooms for a family stay and my son’s birthday celebration at WaterWorld Hotel, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Sadly, it was the opposite: 1. Poor Service: The staff lacked proper coordination and attentiveness to guest needs. 2. Noise Issues: The hotel was extremely noisy, especially near the ballroom and hallways, making it impossible to rest properly. 3. Unclean Pool: The pool was not well-maintained, causing skin irritation (“katol kaayo!”). 4. Room Check-out Issues: We were shocked when housekeeping attempted to check rooms as early as 9 AM, clearly unaware of the correct check-out schedule. These problems made our stay far from relaxing or enjoyable. Given this experience, we will not be booking here again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to improve for future guests.

• KEMPER (10/5): - Very nice property and even nicer people! Food was good, breakfast was great. Airport shuttle worked great although Cebu traffic is a nightmare now. Fortunately this hotel is very close to the airport, so leave a little early viola, easy ride there. We are returning in December and would like our same room ( or upgrade) if possible. It was 311. Thanks!!

• Glory Ann (6/5): - We only stayed for 3 hours and look for another hotel. The staff were great but the room smell like paint, thus, causing an allergic response. The shower drainage clogged up.

• Manolita (8/5): - Spacious rooms and new. The bathroom in the ground floor near the elevator should be maintained closely as it stinks, this is the bathroom used mostly by people using the pool. The ballroom is located on the 3rd floor and during events it’s loud as rooms are not sound proof. Rooms are set for two even if you booked for 3 people, it should be prepped for the amount of guests listed on that booking. I have to ask And initially argue with front desk as they insist it’s good for two when you have listed during booking how many guests are registered. I would still recommend this hotel as the rooms are quite spacious and it’s next to a waterpark especially if you are traveling with kids, but need to have own private vehicle as it is out of the way. Also this hotel is about 15 min away from airport so added bonus.

We just had an issue with our first room regarding the toilet not flushing & the bath floor not draining but they helped us move to another room right away. The staff are very courteous & respectful. I would recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay closer to the airport.

• Marezel (10/5): - We have an overnight stay at this hotel. We chose this because it is close to the airport. Our room is spacious and clean. Huge swimming pool . At daytime the water park was open but we didn’t use it since our flight was early. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful. Free transportation to the airport. Definitely we will stay again in the future.
