• Anastasija (1/5): DONT RESERVE ITS A MESS!!!! - Nothing I would like to report an issue with my recent reservation. Upon arrival, I found that the room was not cleaned — it was in a complete mess, with visible dirt and no signs of prior cleaning. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the standards promised on the listing. The owner lied for the cleaners that they would arrive in 10-15mins but they didnt.. they arrived after 4 ours. In that time we cleaned ourselves everything because we couldn’t stay in that mess, amd the owner told us that he would refund the first day but he didnt.. DONT RESERVE ITS A MESS!!!!

• Shadi (6/5): Passable stay - The property is located in a quiet area, is relatively new and appears safe as well. The flat was spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of parking spaces outside the property The flat was in the basement with a small balcony which we knew about it but wasn’t sufficiently ventilated and was slightly smelly due to humidity. There was mould around the bottom of walls in a few places and the spare pillow that was in the room was touching the mould. The cleaners should have cleaned it properly before check in. The toilet was also smelly and was making a weird noise every time you open the water tap or flashing the toilet during to a drainage device. Also the noise insulation of the flat wasn’t good. The hair dryer was too small and weak in power. The clothes drying rack was also too small. The last too things can be easily improved and cost nothing! One of our friends stayed in one of the flats in the ground floor and those flats seemed to be better
• Roni (6/5): Below average - Location is good The bathroom was in a terrible state, with mold and a strong, unpleasant odor. The entire room smelled of mold and humidity. After contacting the flat’s owner, they came and cleaned only the bathroom. However, rust stains remained in the bathroom and on the floor. The room was never thoroughly cleaned, and we had to request new bath towels and for the bins to be emptied. Although the bad experience we had and the the smell that was unbearable, the owner was so responsive and polite.

• Saraci (10/5): We was there for 4 days and i expected clean towels everyday. - The space was good, everything was the same as the photo. The owner was kinde sent us some tips Location from booking was wrong, we searched for 30 min at wrong location, you should write directly at google maps “Lighthouse Rooms” for correct location. We have a room downstairs, there was smell of moisture.

• Martina (9/5): Great value for money for a short-term stay - The apartment is huge! We were 2 and 3 people could easily stay there as well. Everything was brand new and we had coffee and beuty products in the room which was very nice :) It was also easy to contact the host. The wifi was strong which is not common for the area. We were on the ground floor and there was a lot of humidity. Also, the balcony is closed by a window (as a roof) which does not allow for air to circulate in the apartment. However, I gave my feedback to the host and they said they will put humidifiers in this apartment.

• Anonymous (7/5): Very bad is that the apartment is in basement and the road to this location is terrible. The room is new and clean as li - The app is like at the photo, its new and clean. They didn't write that the apartment is underground. In cellar we haven't enough air and of course there is cockroaches which didn't bothering us at all bcs they were on ,,terase" of cellarage. They didn't change us the towels although I asked for it. Also the road to house is terrible!!
