- Daniela (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo torneremo senza alcun dubbio. - Zona centralissima e davvero super comoda a pochissimi minuti dal parcheggio , tutto pulito e personale gentilissimo ed accogliente tutto top!! Solo il letto un po’ troppo duro.

Es un hotel recomendable para personas que quieren estar cerca de todo, pero no el mismo centro para evitar el bullicio. Por decir algo, había veces que por el baño subía olor a tubería, pero considero que es algo normal por las instalaciones antiguas de las casas y abriendo la ventana se perdía el olor.

- Eva (10/5): Charming place to retreat in a crowded area!!! - We arrived before check in, but a familiar welcome awaited. We could leave the luggages and check-in within a half an hour. The room was spacious and clean every day. The location was in the centre, close to all places we were eager to visit. The breakfast was wealthy with variety of options. The most important is that the personal (all of them) was present in all situations if needed. The little talks, a smile, in and out made our stay more familiar and trustworthy, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend the place to everybody, it will be a great experience! I can't list any of these!

- Adalberto (7/5): Good experience. - The Hotel is right in front of the Basilica of Saint Clare, just to give an idea of how well located it is. The front desk staff is always ready to support. The front desk is not operating 24 hours. The breakfast is quite ordinary with a poor selection of fruits. The floor just below the shower is very slippery, which can be dangerous, especially for elderly people.

No dia que fizemos o checkout, antes do horário do café da manhã, o hotel se preocupou em nos dar um lanche pra viagem, para substituir o café da manhã que já estava pago. Em todos esses anos viajando, nunca vi tamanha gentileza, e nunca vi um hotel fazer isso. Indicaria e voltaria, sem dúvida. Não tem nada a criticar.

- Myriam (6/5): boa localização - a localização excelente e o atendimento da recepção foi excelente na cordialidade e até na saída que tivemos que sair 5h e eles deixaram um cafe da manha pequeno para comermos foi bem gentil. o quarto parecia ser um adendo do prédio, a porta diferentes das demais e tinha degrau para entrar. Outro ponto o banheiro estava com cheiro de xixi e pedi para limpar e continuava o cheiro, o bom muito pequeno difícil para movimentar na lavagem.
