- Meryl (6/5): The service of food is good. The quality was excellent - The hotel is newly built ao its in excellent shape. Had prebooked the room well in advance and had reached the hotel at 12 oclock but the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for one more hour. The online price is different from the price asked at the site.

- Ulhas (10/5): Pleasant, enjoyable stay. - We have stayed here for 3nights & 4days. 24th April- 28th April 2025, with my mother, father, wife and daughter. It was pleasant and nice stay. Property was newly build, cleanliness was very very good. Location is also good, you will get cab and autos in reasonable rates on just one call. Owner was nice and cooperative. You don't have to go anywhere for food, there is a restaurant on ground floor. Tea, Coffee, Veg-Non Veg Thali and breakfast was available with room service at very reasonable rates. I would like to thank Mr. Amol Raut for his hospitality. You won't find greedy people in Malvan what we generally find in other tourist places.

- Pavan (10/5): Exceptional - The property is new and it has been kept very clean. Rooms are much bigger than any other rooms at the same price. The host is very friendly. But the best part that stands out is the food. They serve fantastic food. I would highly recommend this stay whether for solo or for group travelers.
