• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was fantastic, and the house itself was spacious with a warm, homely feel. One of our favorite features was the second lounge—perfect for the kids to watch TV and play board games. They also had a great time playing with our dogs in the grassy field next door, which was a real bonus for our whole family. The house was well-equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer that made our stay even more convenient. Vicky, the host, was excellent with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely love to return for future holidays and highly recommend this place to anyone—especially families and pet owners.
• Ching-hsiang (4/5): Overall not recommended if you want a comfortable place. - Like: location is near the lake Dislike: spooky feel if you look at the closet and the overall house decoration. Walking noise everywhere. The blanket color looks so weird (black and dark). The host didn’t provide access key code as said (one day before check-in) until I text the host.

• Joe (10/5): Great location, lovely home, friendly cat! - We travelled for Ironman New Zealand and the location was perfect - close to town but out of the craziness. We are also very glad to have regular visits from Chrissi the local neighbourhood cat.

• Louise (8/5): Relaxed stay - Main bed was so comfortable, well equipped kitchen and loved the retro with the funky decor. Very quiet area which was great for us. Softer lighting in the living and bedroom area. Some outdoor furniture on the deck with the views would be great. Kitchen towel would have been useful but no biggie. I couldn't find the hairdryer and thought there was one listed.

The house was well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Spotlessly clean and super comfy bed. Great bbq and outdoor area.
