• Florian (4/5): - Die Lage ist zweifelsohne sehr gut! Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr dubios. Der Schlüssel befand sich an einem "Geheimversteck" auf welches die Vermieter uns mit Hilfe von Bildern und Pfeilen per whatsapp hin lotste. Ein eher abenteuerliches Unterfangen auf welches man nach einer langen Anreise lieber verzichten möchte. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern per Telefon nicht möglich. Es wird ausschließlich über whatsapp kommuniziert. Man bekommt dabei schnell das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung illegal zu touristischen Zwecken vermietet wird. Die Wohnung ist in Summe in einem abgewohnten Zustand. Die Duschkabine ist undicht sodass es bei jedem Mal Duschen eine Überschwemmung entsteht. Leider hat meine Tochter Ihre Kopfhörer vergessen, auf Anfrage an die Vermieter diese nachzuschicken (per Nachnahme) haben wir leider keine Reaktion bekommen.
• Frank (3/5): Es gibt deutlich bessere und seriösere Alternativen - Die Lage ist zweifelsohne gut Der Zustand der Wohnung ist runtergekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unterirdisch. Es findet z.B. keine Reaktion auf Anfragen statt. Es wirkt wie eine illegale private Unterkunft um schnelles Geld zu verdienen. Ich rate zu Finger weg!!

• Maxime (5/5): - L'appartement est grand. Il est placé proche d’un métro Le lit est défoncé. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont abîmés, les poêles en Téflon sont à jeter, il n’y a que 2 bols pour 4 personnes, pas d'assiettes plates. Bref il manque de la vaisselle.
• Lenka (4/5): - dobrý přístup k metru byt nebyl dostatečně uklizený, sprchový kout netěsnil a všechna voda šla mimo do koupelny, v nabídnutých ručnících nebyly chuchvalce vlasů, kuchyňské přístroje byly ve špinavém stavu, nebyl toaletní papír a tablety do myčky, smrdělo to v domě cigaretami a okolí domu nepůsobilo pro dívky moc bezpečně.

• HSIU MEI (8/5): 整體環境不錯，我們比預定時間早到，屋主正在打掃，先行讓我們放沉重的行李以便好逛街，真得很感謝。房間整潔，以後有機會會再回住。 - 未提供早餐，但附近有超市、麵包店…其實挺方便的 建議要提供吹風機，這次連住三晚沒吹風機吹頭髮，還真有點不方便

• Fabienne (1/5): Verdrecktes Apartment, auf keinen Fall buchenswert. - Die Unterkunft war total verdreckt. Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht geputzt und die Vermieterin ist sehr unfreundlich. Sie hat weder das Telefon abgenommen noch auf SMS reagiert. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, was das Kochen unmöglich macht. Ebenso sind alle Schränke und das Geschirr extrem verdreckt. Für Familien die reinste Katastroph!!!! . Auf keinen Fall nochmal!
• Viktorija (10/5): Celkem jsme byli spokojení. - Apartman byl pěkně uklizený, prostorný. Postele byli pohodlné. Kuchyně dostatečně vybavená i když by snesla o pár hrnku víc. Bylo i dost prostoru pro tři velké rozložené kufry, které jsme nevybalovali do skříně. Pračku a žehlící prkno se žehličkou jsme sice nevyužili, ale je fajn, že to tam je. Trošku nás zlobil sprchový kout, protékál.

• Alberto (7/5): Familia de 6 - El apartamento es adecuado para 6. La ubicación está medio bien, pero no es céntrica del todo. Las camas y las almohadas no son de lo más cómodo. La situación no es céntrica del todo.

• Mina (8/5): - Smooth and well-detailed check-in instructions. Conveniently located near metro stations. Comfortable beds. Clean throughout. Accurately matches the photos and is well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. The host repeatedly ignored our requests for additional and replacement towels. The only response we received was a message asking how many towels we had been given, and after we answered and asked again for more, our messages were not acknowledged. We also inquired about the bathroom heater specifically whether it worked and how to operate it but the host did not respond to that question either.

• Bojana BB (9/5): - Lokacija, zbog Pratera. Spratnost (prvi). Topao stan, internet. Miris prasine u stanu. Jedna noc je bila hladna, druga topla. Kada malo curi, nezgodno sa cetiri osobe. Kuhinja bi mogla da ima makar neku kesicu caja ili par kesica kafe, da se nadje.
• Anna (5/5): Поменяйте батарейки в пультах и проверяйте исправность приборов - Полностью соответствует фото, хорошее расположение, бесконтактное заселение В пультах севшие батарейки, я не смогла включить телевизор детям. Так же феном не смогла высушить волосы, он неработающий. Пришлось идти гулять с влажными волосами. Пододеяльник был не свежим. Считаю, что такие мелочи очень важны и могут испортить отдых. Тем более когда путешествуешь с детьми.

• לידור (5/5): לא טוב - המיקום ורמת הנקיון יחסית סבירה אם כי באיזור, ביום שהגענו, נשמעה ירייה ממש בסמוך לדירה, מה שהבהיל מאוד את כל השכנים. האיזור ברובו מוסלמי. אין מענה / שירות מצד בעל הדירה, שאלנו איפה ניתן לחנות את הרכב ולא קיבלנו מענה, על אף שכתבו לנו שאפשר ליצור עימם קשר בוואצאפ, ניסינו גם דרך בוקינג וגם בוואצאפ ולא היה מענה ב2 הפלטפורמות, מאוד מאכזב. לא ממליצה.

After more than two hours of trying to reach the property owner by phone/whatsapp by myself and also by booking service senter without any success while I'm with my kids at night, It was nightmare for us and we had to look for alternative property for 5 persons in Vieena at 21:00 PM. We had a very bad experience.
• Yael (8/5): - מיקום מצויין, מרחק הליכה לפראטר אז הילדים שמחו ללכת בכל ערב לבלות. קרוב מאוד גם לתחבורה ציבורית שבה השתמשנו המון לטייל ברחבי העיר. החנייה קרובה, בתשלום. הדירה יחסית לעיר מרווחת. אין מספיק כלי אוכל וסכו"ם לכמות האנשים שהדירה מכילה.
• Margareta (5/5): Bra läge men skulle behöva en del komplettering. - Bra utrymme o bra läge. Skulle behövts sänglampor, brödkniv, krokar att hänga handdukar på i badrummet. När vi kom var det smutsig disk i diskmaskinen, inte så trevligt.

• Seweryn (7/5): Super lokalizacja, samo mieszkanie wymaga pewnych usprawnień (pościel, ręczniki pachnące wilgocią) - Suszące się ręczniki, zapach wilgoci w pokojach, pościel pachniała wilgocią w każdej sypialni, ręczniki pachniały wilgocią. Prysznic przeciekał, drzwi wejściowe zamknięte nie blokowały w ogóle dźwięku, przez co było słychać WSZYSTKO co się mówiło w salonie.
• ASIMAKIS (7/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καλές παροχές, μέτρια καθαριότητα... - Άνετο διαμέρισμα για 4 άτομα. Μεγάλα κρεβάτια και πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Η στάση του μετρό είναι στα 100 μέτρα, το πάρκο Prater είναι στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια ενώ για το κέντρο είναι περίπου 20-25 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό σε απόσταση εντός 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Η τιμή αρκετά καλή για τα δεδομένα της πόλης και το μέγεθος του διαμερίσματος. Η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος θα μπορούσε να είναι σε καλύτερο επίπεδο καθώς υπήρχε αρκετή σκόνη στο διαμέρισμα (στα φωτιστικά, στα καλοριφέρ, στα ράφια κλπ) ενώ τα χαλιά ήταν λερωμένα. Τα κρεβάτια, αν και μεγάλα, δεν ήταν άνετα. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ μαλακά και βούλιαζες, ενώ ο καναπές - κρεβάτι αρκετά άβολος. Επίσης λίγο περίεργη είναι και η διαρύθμιση του μπάνιου (η τουαλέτα είναι σε ξεχωριστό χώρο από το υπόλοιπο μπάνιο) με αποτέλεσμα αν θες να πλύνεις τα χέρια σου μετά την τουαλέτα, να πρέπει να πας σε άλλο χώρο. Επίσης, δεν δούλευε ο εξαερισμός της τουαλέτας ενώ οι τοίχοι της ήταν λερωμένοι.
• Katsiaryna (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen: Geschäfte, Cafés und das Stadtzentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für Spaziergänge. In der Nähe gibt es eine Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit zwei breiten Betten und einer offenen Küche sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche könnte aber etwas besser ausgestattet sein, die wichtigsten Dinge sind jedoch vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Als wir ankamen, fehlte zunächst das Bettzeug für die fünfte Person. Trotz der späten Stunde wurde das Problem sofort gelöst, was wir besonders positiv hervorheben möchten. Wichtig für Gäste mit deutschen Kennzeichen: Die nächstgelegene Tiefgarage zur Wohnung funktionierte bei uns zunächst nicht, da das System deutsche Nummernschilder nicht richtig erkannte. Um wieder in die Garage zu gelangen, muss man normalerweise einen QR-Code scannen und die Nummer seines Autos eingeben. Glücklicherweise war noch jemand in der Garage, der die Tür öffnen konnte – sonst hätten wir lange warten müssen, bis ein Bewohner herauskam, da der Support der Garage trotz mehr als einer Stunde Anrufen nicht erreichbar war. Letztendlich haben wir eine andere Tiefgarage in der Nähe genutzt. Dies sollte die Wahl der Wohnung nicht beeinflussen – das Problem lag nicht an der Wohnung, sondern bei der Firma, die für die Garage zuständig ist.

• Suncica (3/5): Poor - Toilet was dirty, towels smelled of dampness. The shower was dirty and leaking. It was 5 of us and for 3 days we only got 2 rolls of toilet paper, so on second day we already had to go and buy it ourselves! Pillows were really uncomfortable. There were cobweb in the some corners of the walls. Glasess in the kitchen cabinet were dirty. Only good thing about this apartment is the location

However, the lack of response when we needed help was quite concerning, - Strategic location We stayed for 5 nights, but only one rubbish bag was provided for the entire stay — which really doesn’t make sense. We reached out to the owner for help, both via WhatsApp and through Booking.com, but were completely ignored. This lack of response was very disappointing and affected our overall experience.

Check in instructions are clear. Requires some refreshment, kitchenware needs to be updated (pans and pots are scratched). Cleaning procedure could be enhanced.

Everything is new and clean. Finding the keys according to the instructions is a small quest. But simple and even fun. You just don't expect that the key box is hidden on the bike. 😁 Close to the center on foot if you want to walk. If not - the metro is 5 minutes walk away. Quiet and safe. Absolutely worth the money.

• Nur (7/5): Decent but can be improved. - Clean and good location. Too Small for 6. 2 beds were in the living room which includes the dining and kitchen. Plus only one bathroom. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Same keys were used for the front door and the apartment entrance door on the ground floor. Not sure it is safe. During our stay the price was way too high for a simple apartment.
• Gorana (5/5): Passable - The location was good. Parking next door was convenient. Apartment was dirty. There was dust everywhere, dirty sheets on the bed. Shower was leaking and after every shower there would be a puddle of water. In the middle of the living room someone left sheets and towels to dry on a drying rack and put a paper with stop written on it which is really unprofessional.

• Bhoomika (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment was very good and convenient. Most of the facilities were available as mentioned. Check in was also quite smooth The apartment was designed for 4 people while it was rented out to 6 people - it was too cramped for 6 people and there was not enough space. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. While the description said that there was air conditioning, it was not working and we stayed in the peak of the summer there. The heat was terrible and the stay was not comfortable. The landlord arranged some fans on short notice and gave us a small refund but the air conditioning should have been checked beforehand.

We liked to get the keys from lock box, for late plane arrival was the best option. And the communication with host was Good, they sent pictures with the street view so we could easy find our appartment.
• Angelika (9/5): Great stay in a clean and well-equipped apartment. - New (or freshly renovated) apartment offers all the necessities: good wifi, washing machine, well equipped kitchen. The stay was very comfortable for 4 persons. The comfort - price ratio is very favorable. The metro station is within 3 min walk; there are plenty of shops in the area. The owner is helpful and answers the questions in a timely maner. In general all was great, but some might find toilet separated from the bathroom weird. Extra small table / coffe table would be great.

• Dusan (9/5): Organize your parking by yourself and book this good apartment. - Host was helpful with finding parking place. Apartment entrance door is harder to open and close, but less important. Parking is not offered or organized by the owner. We did not understand that well and booked this amenities. We managed to organize parking very close.
• Mario (9/5): New apartment in a great location - Wifi in the apartment Everything is brand new (towels, dishware, bedding...) The apartman has a washing machine and a dishwasher and a coffee machine The location is perfect (20 minutes walk from the city centre) The bathroom is separated into two small rooms: one with a shower and one with a toilet (can be a little claustrophobic for some). There is one bedroom and the other two beds placed in the living room which is connected to a kitchen (it wasn't a big problem for us). We have reserved the apartment for 6 people but there were only 4 chairs at the table.
