- bahtiar (10/5): I booked the apartment on the same day. Smooth transaction, just a bit lost when I was trying to locate the apartment, u - It has a laundry/drier machine. There is no wifi.
- Aurelia (3/5): Übernachtung im Auto, auf der Strasse, weil Schloss defekt war. Keine Rückerstattung!! - Die Putzfrau war sehr hilfreich. Wir konnten mitten in der Nacht nicht ins Studio, da die Batterie vom Schloss hin war. Die Putzfrau versuchte uns ein anderes Zimmer zu organisieren. Sie konnte nicht vor Ort sein, da sie weiter weg wohnte. Wir mussten im Auto auf der Strasse übernachten und konnten erst ins Zimmer zu unseren Sachen am nächsten Tag. Wir checkten sofort aus, so etwas wollten wir nicht noch mal erleben. Wir haben den Betrag nicht zurückerstattet bekommen, obwohl das Management uns dies versichert hat!! Ich habe ausserdem ein Studio mit Parkplatz gebucht. Der Parkplatz war vor dem Haus und hätte alle zwei Stunden mit Münzen gefüttert werden müssen....natürlich kriegten wir eine Busse.
- Anja (4/5): - Lokacija je dobra. Zidovi su prljavi iznad uzglavlja kreveta, posuđe je bilo neoprano (pribor za jelo, čaše), u kupaonici je bio zaštopan odvod u tušu.

- Imanol (1/5): Not true to reality - Absolutely everything wrong The appartment is renewed and nothing to say about that. The big problem is that it is in the basement of a building under the level of the street, and the smell of dampness fills the whole space. The window that can be semi seen in the picture, leads to nothing. A space full of dirt, something like spiderwebs, and other things. It really seemed to be dangerous for our health sleeping next to that window, so we had to leave. Of course, they said everything was ok and wouldn't return our money. We had to look for and pay an alternative accomodation by our own for the 5 nights we spent in the city.
