- Elmin (1/5): kept the damage deposit - Very clean, and perfect location. They retained the damage deposit and stated that it was never activated. There were no issues or damages, they said the delay was due to the bank's latency in processing the refund. However, after more than 40 days, I have not received it.
- Robb (8/5): Great apartment but a work out - This was a spacious and overall comfortable apartment. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The only drawbacks were the 300 stairs up from the old town. It's a good thing there is laundry available, because we needed it after each return to the apartment. The other issue is the bad smell coming from the bathroom. The installation of a p-trap under the sink and shower was needed.
