• Dittmann (3/5): Ranzig - De locatir Het appartement was vies Badkamer lag vol met haren. Doucheputje was ermee verstopt. We hebben serieus overwogen naar een andere slaapplek te kijken.
• Brina (6/5): Great apartment if it was clean! - Great location (the beach, a park, shops) and the spaciousness of the apartment. Super cute view on the road and the palm trees outside. The bus station right across the street. Entering via code so you can go for a swim without worrying about your keys!:) It was dirty. Especially the kitchen which made it close to impossible to cook. Visibly a very old stove, dirty utensils and poorly stacked with equipment. Overall, the apartment seems in need of renovation, but more importantly, a thorough deep clean. A place can have its downsides, but if it’s clean, it can still offer a good experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

• Floriane (10/5): Great - Honestly, everything was perfect—the size of the apartment, the kitchen, the bedroom, and the air conditioning, which was not noisy (important for me) . The proximity to the beach and everything else was great. I have no complaints; everything was perfect! If I had to be a bit picky and find a negative point, I would say that parking can be challenging to find right in front of the house. While the $1 per hour parking is really inexpensive for Miami, it can be a bit annoying. But that might be the only downside.

• Veres (10/5): Exceptional - Our family was evacuating during Milton with nothing planned and just a few days of clothing each. The owners were very communicative through the stay. The place itself was clean, equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, and a clean bathroom. We were more than impressed with the location. So close to the beach and a few steps away from delicious food and great coffee.
• Claudia (10/5): I will surely return and book again at Seaheights Villa. - The location was excellent! Just 2 blocks from the beautiful beach and with excellent location for public transportation. The apartment was quiet, didn’t hear or know what was going on outside. Loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying a meal or just reading. Kitchen was provided with good appliances and kitchenware. Bathroom was set up nicely with toiletries and towels. Our Host always responded to my messages promptly and gave excellent service. I asked if there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella available, she provided them along with a cooler and beach towels which made it so much easier to enjoy the beach. I was very happy at my stay at Seaheights Villa.
