• Joseph (8/5): - Remote staff exceptionally responsive. The apartment was well appointed with all working appliances. Central enough to everything. Nice quiet area and apartment block. Personal opinion the apartment could have done with a balcony (original balcony was enclosed to create more indoor floor space. Probably better in the winter. We had issues with the shower losing heat however,we could live with it by taking cooler showers. Shower door didn't close properly.

(8/5): I had the most restful stay for years ( normally having 3>4 trips each winter ) weather was lovely and mattress was - I liked the aspect - windows facing WNW , so staying quite cool.also helped with a great design feature of the building having a fully vented wall on the North side = great refreshing air flow through the stairwell . Prior to my visit a 6 hour sleep was a blessing , on Chic Benalmadena mattress i was amazed to be having 7,8 & 9 hour sleeps , over my 15 night stay mostly without awakening ! Fantastic ( i must get a new mattress at home ) Only one of an array of ceiling lights in kitchen was working so it was a little dim . I do feel so sorry for owners as is often the case - that “non stick” frying pans get abused With rough handling ! Tap on bidet was unsecure .

• Iwona (10/5): Bardzo dziękuję. Polecam na dłuższy pobyt - Apartament bardzo dobrze urządzony, świetna lokalizacja. Jest grzejnik olejowy, i klinatyzacja z grzaniem, można się dogrzać zwłaszcza wczesną wiosną. Super duże i wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Kuchnia wyposażona w sprzety i naczynia. W apartamencue jest rownież pralka i suszarka do ubrań - bardzo przydatne urządzenie. Gospodyni jest bardzo miła, kontaktowa i uprzejma. Serdecznie dziękuję za pomoc. Wszystko bylo ok. Informacyjnie - Pościel jest jako prześcieradło, na nim koc. Trochę niewygodne do spania, ale to kwestia indywidualna i sposobu powlekania pościeli na południu Europy.

Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos, Wir mussten bei Ankunft leider selbst die Wohnung fegen, weil es sehr dreckig und staubig auf dem Boden war. Ein Handtuch hatte extrem große, eklige Flecken. Lichtschalter und Steckdosen fielen teilweise raus.

• Paul (10/5): Benalmádena - Very comfortable and quiet apartment in Arroyo. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, café bars and shops, and to the train station and bus stops.

• Sina (10/5): - Gute Lage zwischen Stadt/Bahnhof und Meer. Kostenfreie Parkplätze findet man (wenn vor dem Haus nichts frei ist), in kurzer Laufdistanz.
• Laura (9/5): Estancia muy recomendable - Es la tercera vez que repetimos, nos gusta mucho lo cómodo que es y la ubicación. Además Paloma es muy agradable y facilita mucho las cosas. Por decir algo el sofá es algo pequeño.

• Pastor Díaz (7/5): Regular - Comidas y apartamento El anfitrión,sabiamos que era el check-out a las 11 pero estabamos recogiendo el apartamento para dejarlo un poco ordenado y el anfitrión a las 11 estaba en nuestra puerta sin dejar ni 5 minutos de margen cosa que ha hecho que la estancia de buena reseña haga una pesima reseña,sino fuese por esto ultimo,habría sido genial,lo veo una falta de intimidad el que se presente en la casa y encima con esos aires que nos ha recibido,nefasto

Good quality /price and it has all you need regarding the facilities (toilet papers, towels, tea, coffee.. cleaning equipment and products) the place is calm and it has an adorable balcony

• Carline (10/5): - Apartment wad perfect for us,host responded very quickly when contacted. Bottle of wine and crisps was a lovely touch. Coffee and tea available apartment had evrything we needed. Location was brilliant, close to airport. Close to bars but not too close so was never disturbed during the night by noise. Beach just a short walk down hill from apartment. Benalmadena park a short walk, felt like we was never too far from anywhere. As soon as we arrived home we rebooked for next year, can't wait to go back. All the roadworks as the roads are being repaired, but this is just a temporary situation.
• James (7/5): It was ok - It was ok , smelt of smoke on entering, the maid came early to clean and had a pretty nasty attitude, moaning that my grandson was taking too long , even though he was just putting the last few items in his bag and she could have got on with the bathroom, kitchen or bathroom. Cleaner and the smell of smoke when we arrived

• Paul (9/5): 2 night stay. - Very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Excellent location, close to the train station and seafront. Nothing.
• Adrián (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are great bars nearby and everyone that we encountered seemed friendly. Unfortunately there were roadworks, which made it difficult to drive up to the hotel. It can be difficult to find a nearby parking space.

• Laurelie (9/5): Cute, comfy apartment a short walk to beaches. A super value for a lovely stay in Bena!medena! - The apartment is fantastic - well equipped kitchen, roomy, good washing machine. The kitchen was stocked with basics, likely left by previous guests, which is excellent. Everything was neatly arranged and clean. We left coffee and laundry soap, Many apartments remove dry goods, coffee, left behind, but I love when there are basics like coffee in the cabinet! No fault of the property, but the street was noisy in the morning. Trash removal and street sweepers. All necessary to keep the city clean! I slept in the bedroom and like the window open, my responsibility. My friend slept on the pull out sofa, which she said was comfy, and did not open the windows but was awakened. The building was quiet, no noisy neighbors! Only to be aware of external noise early in the morning. Regular city noises.

We had a small issue with the shower which was dealt with immediately, very happy with the communication . We would be delighted to stay in this apartment again .
