• Marce (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very clean. I would say much cleaner than the average Czech accommodation we have booked lately. In the bathroom you have towels, hairdryer, hand soap and even shampoo and shower gel, which many accommodations don't provide. We could have dinner on the spot, and with 180kč in addition per person we got a filling and varied breakfast delivered upstairs in the common kitchen. They let us store the bikes in the hallway inside the building for the night, which is a great plus. We felt welcomed and taken care of. The communication can be a bit problematic, but we managed everything with a mix of Czech and English. The beds can be hard for someone, but we like hard beds, so it was no problem for us.

• Alan (10/5): Nice Mountain Air Sleeping, Lodging, and Breakfast - Helpful greeting upon arrival, excellent friendly staff...and superb free breakfast..their facilities were great..just what we needed after long drive... very clean and cozy..got a restful, great sleep.. with excellent price. Excellent Vietnamese Restaurant that's attached to building and with same owner, with fresh cooked excellent dishes and drinks, we highly recommend visiting. There are lots of local town and mountain attractions in the summer biking, hiking, walking, and winter sports..town near the highest Czech mountain peak in the country 1050 meters with ski runs, cable lifts..etc..the in area..for winter fun. Must keep windows closed due to traffic noise before 9 pm... only on front traffic side of building, but traffic got quite later..after 9pm.. then we opened back up windows, during the night for fresh mountain air sleep...which was very nice..great beds.

• Бай (3/5): Poor - The service needs to be better. The breakfast is bad. The rooms are not very clean. The smell of the food cooked in the dining room rises to the mountain in the rooms. The hotel is located next to the road, very noisy. There is no Internet at all. The only thing I liked was the clean bed and towels.
• Alexa (8/5): Cute guest house in a picturesque place - Very nice pension in the mountain area of Trutnov (15 min by car to the city centre). It's a quiet place to stay with a family. The pension together with the restaurant is freshly run by sweet and friendly Vietnamese people. By our request we got each morning a special breakfast (vegetarian). Everything was made with love. Good price for location/accomodation/food Many thanks to Lenka for making our stay cozy! We missed curtains on the window to avoid sun beans early in the morning The TV was not connected to the cable (but we didn't manage to use it anyway) The first breakfast was without black coffee, which was quite bizarre. But the next days it's improved. We appreciated the availability of vegan milk :)
• Camila (10/5): Excellent stay - I had a great stay at Penzion Harmonie. Horní Maršov is a beautiful town. The owners of the place are very nice. My bedroom had a beautiful view, and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant were also very good.
