Nair (1/5): Bad - The staff were friendly and tried to pacify us. The villas were run down and not well taken care of. The bathrooms are unhygienic, stained, and broken. The furniture is old and worn out.
Sadia (7/5): Really not a bad stay - Thank you to Lesiba for the warm welcome. You such a great host and we appreciate your kindness throughout our stay. Despite some of the reviews we’ve read before going to this place we stayed at house 1 next to reception. The place was clean, WiFi was working, the stove and fridge worked perfectly fine.Theres limited cutlery and utensils so be sure to bring but no train smash,we had Netflix and YouTube and hot water for the shower bring your own toiletries (also not a train smash) no mirror so if you’re a girlie girl make sure you have those small ones packed in for make up , the outdoor pool was clean and perfect for a night swim. We didn’t use the indoor pool. Make sure to bring raid or doom and a mosquito plug for the Limpopo bugs! There’s a fan for hot nights,braai facilities right on the stoep of your unit and an outside sitting area which is perfect to chill No hectic restrictions for music and use of pool which is amazing and you can come and go as you please.

Justice (3/5): Poor - The beds are comfortable Upon arrival, No one gave us the warm welcome to the resort officially. What's on the pictures is completely different to what we got, we stayed for 7 nights, cleaned only 1 day, we had the opportunity to meet with the owner, but never took advantage of his presence to great his guests, nothing for entertainment on the resort is functional, nor even swimming pool, we stayed a day without Wi-Fi and thatstge only way to watch TV, the resort is filty/dirty, too bed for taking pictures or making memories, no name on the entrance nor the main road to the resort, no reception to report challengs, staff work on private clothes, no uniform, no one ever bothered to check if we are still OK or might need something, dustbins never emptined for the rest of our stay. No tea/coffee/sugar suchets, no soap ( starter packs) For first night stay.

Units and reception was not marked, it seemed like it was under construction and very run down and dirty. There were electric cables lying in the street and the unit smelt so bad of paint and sweat!! I am shocked and disgusted.i tried to call the customer care number on the day of check in to complain and could not get through. I expect some sort of explanation please at your earliest convenience. The reviews on booking.com are all very positive and therefore we felt very confused when we arrived to this the property in it's shocking state. I felt unsafe. It was a deserted property.
