• Elisa (10/5): Soggiorno magico tra le montagne - La disponibilità dell'host, la posizione strategica con vista montagne, la bellezza della struttura di nuova costruzione. Comodo self check-in. Buona pulizia, camere non molto grandi ma con letti comodi e un ampio soggiorno. Parcheggio esterno e giardino dotato di barbecue.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse comparando i prezzi delle strutture in Georgia, solo si può dire che il prezzo è di una fascia sopra la media.
• Reuben (10/5): Ad pictured, decent for a off-site base for skiing in Gudauri - The property is perfect as advertised, inexpensive and easy enough to drive to. We were a party of 4 and stayed here while snowboarding daily at Gudauri. The hosts were lovely and helped us find a taxi one day when we could not drive ourselves. Typically we rented an SUV and drove ourselved - the kobi-gudauri gondolas are perfect for this.

• Kseniya (8/5): Good value for money - The view is nice as almost everywhere in Kazbehi (Stepantsminda). Rather good beds, windows have mosquito protection. Was a bit dusty. The yard is very small. The stairs are a bit hard even for young people. Note that there are 4 separate beds, which is good for the company but not for a couples. Another houses are very close to this one.
• Alexandra (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at the cabin! We came for a family trip, and we fell in love with the place. Everything was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, there was also a supermarket within a 10 minute walk to buy groceries. And most importantly - the view from the balcony was breathtaking! We would definitely like to come back again in the future, thank you very much for everything!

• Javier (9/5): Una estancia muy agradable - El alojamiento tenía una buena ubicación, a 3 min en coche de la zona de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Estaba bien equipado y muy limpio. No hay nada que destacar en este apartado.

• Siljaroen (10/5): - House was clean and all neccessary facilities were provided. Really worth the price. The only difficulty for my group is that the stair is quite small and not suitable for those with elderly or children. Other than that are exceptional!
• Jomi (10/5): Great stay - Clean and fully equipped! We cooked our breakfast everyday and had everything we needed. Facilities were great and hosts were very responsive. Rooms are on the small side but perfect for a few days in the mountains.

• Thomas (9/5): Great location and value for money - Great sized accomodation and value for money - we were 4 friends and had the beds set up as 4 singles. The pictures are accurate, and it's been finished to a good standard. Living area - The open plan living room and kitchen/dining area is a good size and fit all 4 of us comfortably. We didn't cook but there were plenty of cooking untensils, plates, etc. as well as coffee and tea provided. Parking - free street parking outside the property. Location - there are plenty of restaurants and shops in a walkable distance. It's nice and quiet and the views of the mountains are excellent. Bathroom - good shower, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc.) were provided. The bedrooms are a little small, but this wasn't a big issue - a side table or some shelves would be useful. The curtains in the bedroom don't cover the top of the window so in the morning you get lots of light - bring an eye mask if you need the dark.

Утром на лужайке под окнами гуляют коровы, за ними приятно наблюдать из кровати Пара моментов, которые здорово улучшить: Было бы удобнее двуспальный матрас вместо 2х односпальных. Плохой фен, быстро перегревается и выключается. Не хватило парочки бутылок с водой и чайных пакетиков

• Aleksandra (9/5): - Удобное дистанционное заселение, уютный домик, наличие раздельных кроватей, тепло. На кухне был чай, бокалы для вина и какая-то еще посуда для приготовления еды, но мы ей не пользовались. У всех были полотенца, чистое постельное белье - спать было тепло и уютно. На телевизоре были Youtube и Netflix. Сам домик красивый и отлично подходит для отдыха в горах! Гостеприимная хозяйка и её мама. WiFi сначала работал, а потом сломался и даже после перезагрузки роутера не заработал. Но нам это несильно помешало - в таком месте даже хорошо отключиться от цивилизации :)

• Hongkai (9/5): - 位置离主要巴士停靠站略远，但能足不出户、无障碍地欣赏雪山，从这点上说，雪山观景位置不错！房间整理，还让提前入住。屋里暖气给力，四月中室外零度，屋里20来度。 楼梯有点陡，晚上上厕所不方便

• Rayan (6/5): Good facility, but noisy - I like the location and facilities, but i did not like how noisy the place as we kept hearing all the tracks sound from the main street and the night we spent in the cottage was very windy and we couldn’t sleep well because of the wind noise

• Daria (10/5): Beautifully set up cottage overlooking the mountains. - It’s a very warm place with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Every detail is thought through. Great spot to relax after a day of hiking around Stepantsminda. We haven’t met the owners in person but our communication was smooth and friendly.

• ahmad (9/5): - The unit is very clean and has everything you would need in a location like this and its just enough for 3-4 people. Definitely recommend its value for money There is a storage of another house that is right besides this and in pictures its very much hidden. I don't wanna call it false advertising because it doesn't make any significant difference. But it makes up for it if you compare it to other ones nearby which are much more expensive.

The interiors are cozy and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the surrounding natural beauty. The amenities were top-notch. The host was very friendly catered to our needs. I highly recommend this mountain cottage for anyone seeking tranquility and serenity amidst nature's splendor.

• Dima (10/5): Прекрасный домик для отдыха в Степанцминде! - Очень милый, уютный домик с красивым видом на обе стороны. Внутри было очень чисто, порадовало количество посуды/бокалов. Всего было очень много и хорошего качества, что редкость для арендных домиков. Во дворе так же был мангал, а в доме решетка и шампуры, так что шашлыки пожарили без проблем! Ещё порадовало бесконтактное заселение, что очень удобно и вижу впервые в Грузии 😀 Отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить и отметить милых хозяев! В день выселения все засыпало снегом и мы не могли уехать, пока чистили дороги и нам разрешили побыть в домике больше положенного. А ещё мы умудрились забыть одну сумку и хозяйка любезно привезла нам её в Тбилиси. Спасибо огромное! ❤️

Fue atenta desde el principio a todo, informándonos y facilitándonos toda la estancia. Probablemente, de los mejores que he tenido como huésped. Nada en concreto, ya que es como se describe y la estancia fue muy cómoda.

• TONGYU (10/5): 超级超级推荐！ - 超级温馨的一个小屋子，入住的那天下起了雪屋子里很温暖，看着窗外好像一个童话世界一样美！小屋里的设施非常齐全，打扫的也很干净，可以自己做饭吃，不远的地方有一个小超市，周围还有很多可爱的狗狗。100%推荐！ 唯一可以改进的地方就是暖气靠在床头会有些燥热。

• Vitalii (10/5): - Все было просто замечательно. Замечательный хозяин который свозил нас бесплатно в магазин и договорился об экскурсии на следующий день. В домике есть все необходимое. На кухне очень уютно есть вся посуда и даже продукты : чай, кофе, приправы. Есть все необходимое для шашлыка. Очень тепло, горячая вода. Вид из окна просто бесподобный. Красота неописуемая.
