• Jana (3/5): Nečistota a hromady povlečení - Dobrá dostupnost do centra, dobrá lokalita a cena. 10 minut pěšky od zastávky Elizabeth line a 5 minut od zastávky autobusu, který jede na Stratford. Self check-in, fén a wi-fi. Externí koupelna byla přímo u pokoje. Nejhorší byla čistota ubytování: ručníky a deka byly špinavé, podlaha v koupelně byla lepivá a měla na sobě fleky, zápach, který neodešel ani při větrání, velmi špinavá sdílená kuchyně, pavučiny a brouci. Ani jednou nám nevynesli odpadky a nedoplnili toaletní papír. V kuchyni chyběla skříňka pro náš pokoj (číslo 10) a ve všech ostatních skříňkách bylo jen povlečení. Všude hromady a hromady povlečení. Nebyl tam žádný příbor, ani talíře, trouba byla na plyn, ale nebyl tam zapalovač. V jedné skříňce byla loď a bible. Lednička zapáchala. Všude v kuchyni byla opravdu extrémní nečistota, která vypadá že už tam musí být hodně dlouho. Skvrny a nečistota byly i na všech chodbách. V konvici na našem pokoji byla plíseň. V naší koupelně občas netekla teplá voda, nebo naopak tekla jen vařící. Sprchový kout protékal a byla tam vždy potopa. Den před naším příjezdem jsem psala o informace potřebné k check-inu a i když jsem se ještě v ten den ráno připomínala, byly mi poslány až ve 13:00 v den mého ubytování. Bála jsem se, že už si budu muset zarezervovat něco jiného.

Mi è piaciuto solo che ero a Londra ma il residence non mi è piaciuto e non lo consiglio a nessuno Purtroppo moooolto fatiscente, non mi è piaciuto nulla della camera e di tutto il residence in cui abbiamo soggiornato per ben quattro notti, il letto era scomodissimo materasso molle e appena ti sedevi affondavi, figurati a dormirci, la camera non era come in foto, il personale era assente e non ho ma sentito nessuno che mi ha chiesto se mi occorreva qualcosa o meno, in bagno c'erano due rotoli già usati di carta igienica, bagno doccia usato e sicuramente lasciato li da qualche altro cliente, asciugamani giuste due per la doccia e neanche una per le mani, meno male che io le porto sempre. Dopo due giorni che non vedevo nessuno di mattina per pulizie e cambi letto, ho telefonato per chiedere asciugamani e carta igienica, ma nessuna risposta, così ho scritto un messaggio ma anche lì nessuna risposta, alla fine poi mi sono dovuta andare a recuperare io in cucina dentro un grande contenitore due asciugamani per la doccia e la carta igienica l'ho recuperata dentro un bagno che probabilmente era di tutti, e dopo tutto questo tragitto la sera mi hanno bussato alla porta ma subito non ho sentito, dopo un po che ho aperto, non c'era nessuno e vedo per terra due rotoli di carta igienica che non ho usato naturalmente. Senza parlare dell'armadio che appena arrivati pendeva in avanti ed era mezzo metro staccato dal muro che sembrava che ti cadesse addosso da un momento all'altro, ci siamo aggiustati con una cruccia di legno per metterlo un po in piano, una sera arriviamo in stanza e ci troviamo per terra un grosso scarafaggio nero. Non consiglio a nessuno questo residence...

• Marinela (2/5): Vacanta a fost superba doar de cazare am fost dezamagita. - Patul a avut o saltea confortabilă. Ușa de la baie din cauza patului se deschidea pe jumătate. Trebuia să intru pe o parte și să-mi subțiez burta. Nici dacă eram super slabă, nu ai cum să intri în baie decât pe o parte. Ușa de la duș, la fel, se deschide pe jumătate din cauza chiuvetei. Dușul mergea doar cu apă caldă; nu aveai cum să combini cu apă rece. Nu s-a mai renovat de ani de zile. Panze de paianjeni și pete de infiltrații pe tavan. Au spus că au Tv în cameră și Wi-Fi, dar Tv fără canale. A trebuit să cumpăr un cablu HDMI și am pus filme de pe laptop. Wi-fi nu am avut pentru că hârtia de pe ușă unde scria parola era ruptă de la jumătate. Le-am trimis mesaj și poză cu parola incompletă, dar nu am primit niciun răspuns. Am avut internet de la telefon (Hotspot). Lenjeria curata dar patata. Aici este o casă terasată în regim hotelier. Unele camere nu au baie, este pe hol, altele, cum am avut noi, cu baie.Bucătăria este la parter și este comună cu toată lumea. Noi am folosit-o doar sa tinem mancarea la frigider. Noroc că veneam seara târziu la cameră și a doua zi de la prânz plecam. Am folosit-o doar pentru dormit, în rest ne-am bucurat de vacanță prin Londra, care este un oraș superb.

• CLARA MARIA (8/5): Una buena alternativa para ahorrar - El personal de mimpieza fue muy amable y nos ayudó mucho. Quien gestiona las reservas tarda días en responder los mensajes... Nos dijo que podíamos dejar el equipaje antes del check in, pero no nos dio instrucciones de cómo hacerlo y no nos cogía las llamadas cuando estabamos esperando frente a la puerta. Fue el personal de limpieza quien nos ayudó. A tener en cuenta que el apartamento está en zona tarifaria 3. La cocina era un desastre de muebles rotos (y nosotros no teníamos espacio de almacenamiento asignado como las otras habitaciones). No responden a las llamadas o mensajes

• Charlie (1/5): I left almost immediately. Misleading photos. You get what you pay for. - I booked this room looking at the first few photos. The room was not the same. It was in fact one of the small singles shown at the end. Very misleading pictures - the room is tiny. Whole property smelled really badly of smoke/vape (?). And looks much more modern than it is. One kitchen cupboard had a fist whole in it - doesnt make you feel safe! Bed was very uncomfortable- zero support. After seeing the reality of the property I left immediately. The lock on the door was old and seemed flimsy too. You get what you pay for - but be warned the photos here are misleading. Size, smell, cleanliness, comfort, misleading photos safety.
• Stefan (6/5): So so - For the money you pay it's not bad. There is a free parking outside over the night. It looks quite and clean neighbourhood. There is a private bathroom and toilet. The main negative thing is the temperature. The radiator not working and was cold. There was no thermos switch and cannot turn on the radiator. There was a sofa in the room, but was dirty with some stains. There was a private bathroom with toilet which is good, but the access was difficult as cannot open the door wide because of the bed. • Spela (1/5): Dissapointed is an understatement. - Not much. Maybe the lock on the front door. The place had a damp smell, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom and room were dirty from years of not cleaning it properly. The closet was close to falling apart. To top it of there were cockroaches in the room so we did not stay the whole booked time and had to find a new accomodation last minute. Do not stay here. They are not replying to booking or me about a partial refound so that is also awesome.

• Červenec (1/5): Nejhorší ubytování, které jsem v Londýně zažil. Je překvapující, že toto ubytko je na Bookingu. - Není co, by se líbilo. Nejlépe by bylo toto ubytování vymazat z paměti. Vše co bylo uvedeno, nebylo v souladu s popisem a dle fotek. Nezateplený pokoj, topení nefungovalo, přímotop který byl v pokoji taky nefungoval, protože byla poničená vidlice u zásuvky. Fén ve skříni nebyl, pravděpodobně byl přivlastněn bývalým ubytujícím. Nečistota ve sdílené koupelně, bohužel spatřen i šváb. Komunikace s člověkem, který nás ubytoval vůbec nefungovala, napsal jsem mu přes zprávu na booking a přes whatsupp, některé přes tyto nedostatky které úplně ignoroval.

• Nat (7/5): Affordable well-located accommodation - Amazing customer service, Shohan was extremely kind being careful with my requests and solving problems. It's very affordable as well and the kitchen is very handy. Common areas are cleaned daily! That's amazing. The room was very dusty and there were marks on the walls, I'm a bit allergic. The bedding was a bit smelly too, but they changed them straight away. If you are sensitive to noise it's not a good option because you can hear everything, steps, conversations, party, but with the help of Shohan asking for other guests to keep it down, I managed to sleep well :)

• Lucie (8/5): Dobré ubytování za skvělou cenu - Ubytování odpovídalo rezervaci - měla jsem pokoj s vlastní koupelnou. Postel byla dvojlůžko, ale spíše byla pro 1 člověka. Společnou kuchyň jsem využila pouze pro uložení jídla v ledničce. Na pokoji byla varná konvice, která mi na vaření stačila. Bylo zde i další vybavení, jako například fén nebo televize. Za danou cenu to bylo skvělé ubytování :) Dál od centra než jsem zvyklá, ale to záleží na každém, co mu vyhovuje. Čistota by mohla být lepší a skříň se "nebezpečně" nakláněla, ale nic se nestalo. Jinak vše ok.

• Matti (1/5): Dont trust the photos! - We left the place once we got in and found out that it is not what they claim it to be. The photos of the place are completely misleading and do not represent actual reality. The place was very dirty, they did not have sheets for every person we had booked the stay. Electrical wires were hanging outside of the wall and the place smelled like cigarettes badly. Our room was unlocked when we got there and there was no key. The sheets we did got were dirty. When I reported the problems to the owner, he accused me of false accusations. I would not recommend this place to anyone, avoid at all costs.

• Altea (6/5): Migliorabile, ma economico - Prezzo conveniente, host disponibile. Posizione ben servita dai mezzi nonostante ci voglia circa un’ora per arrivare in centro. Cucina pulita e ben fornita. La stanza non era estremamente pulita, per gli standard nord europei sicuramente più alto della media, ma comunque abbiamo trovato lo specchio del bagno staccato dal muro ed appoggiato sul lavandino, qualche pelo in giro per il letto e nella doccia, c’era solamente un asciugamano grande a testa (datati) e nemmeno uno più piccolo per le mani/viso

• Klaudia (3/5): - Łatwy dojazd do centrum - na przystanek autobusowy 5 min, do metra 13 min. Stan pokoju znacznie różni się od tego co na zdjęciu. Był zniszczony, ściany brudne. W pokoju oprócz bałaganu były też karaluchy. Pod prysznicem był grzyb. Na cztery osoby otrzymaliśmy tylko dwa ręczniki. Nie było też prześcieradła na rozkładaną sofę, a do tego była strasznie niewygodna i się rozpadała. W pokoju było słychać intensywnie innych gości do późnej nocy przez co nie dało się spać - głośne rozmowy, krzyki, bieganie po korytarzu. Przed przyjazdem utrudniony kontakt z gospodarzem.
• Adam (3/5): - The room was small, which wouldn't have mattered, but it wasn't completely clean. There was something disgusting on the bed. There was a smell throughout the entire space. The window in the room didn't seal and unfortunately the heating didn't work either. I understand that the owner can't completely influence this, but the bathroom was always dirty after someone + there was almost no water flowing in the shower. If someone wanted to use the kitchen, there were almost no cutlery or equipment needed for cooking. and communication with the owner was very slow.

• Julie (5/5): Un logement en mauvais état - Les indications pour l'accès au logement en autonomie sont claires et il est possible de discuter facilement avec le personnel via whatsapp. La chambre n'était pas en très bon état : rouille dans la douche, murs abîmés, armoire instable... les fauteuils étaient tâchés. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude en arrivant et ce pendant 24h. Le lit n'était pas confortable.

• ayoub (1/5): Vergüenza - Vergüenza de sitio el cuarto huele muy mal con mucha humedad el baño es bastante sucio y la cama es una asquerosidad, las sábanas para llorar Hacía mucho frio el calientador no funciona ninguno Todo el día hablando con el dueño no ha solucionado nada muy mal todo es para denunciarlo.
• Ingemar (4/5): - Buona posizione e vicinanza alle fermate per spostarsi in centro. Buon wi-fi in tutta la struttura. Stanza sporca, mobili dall'apparenza instabile, doccia con ruggine e presenza di muffa. Isolamento acustico praticamente nullo. Letto non molto comodo.
