• David (7/5): Good location with excellent views onto Mt Eiger. - Stunning views. Breakfast was OK: nothing exceptional but good quality all around. Room was "spartan". Lack of sufficient electrical outlets. Tiny bathroom. Mattress was good but not enough pillows. Limited reception hours. More breakfast choice. The hotel could have offered me a room with a view nearer by sister's room (facing Eiger mountain). Instead I was put one floor down and on the backside of the hotel. Limited reception hours but the staff were pleasant. Grumpy breakfast crew however.

• Albaraa (10/5): - السلام عليكم، تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت ممتازة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة ✨ الموقع سهل الوصول والإطلالة البانورامية ساحرة جدًا، خصوصًا لمحبي الهدوء والطبيعة. المكان نظيف ومرتب والاهتمام بالتفاصيل واضح من أول لحظة. أما الفطور، فبصراحة من أفضل تجارب الإفطار اللي جربتها في أوروبا، خصوصًا أن أغلب فنادق أوروبا بالنسبة لي يكون الإفطار فيها عادي، لكن هنا كان متنوع. الفندق مناسب جدًا للاستجمام والراحة، والتراس مع الإطلالة يعطيك تجربة جميلة جدًا للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالأجواء. ولو رجعت للمنطقة مرة ثانية فأكيد راح أكرر التجربة، وبأحجز مدة أطول هذه المرة لأن المكان فعلًا يستحق. السرير غير مريح قليلاً.

Walk from bus stop was incredibly steep. Difficult being old people with heavy luggage to drag up and down the 350m slope. Shuttle was available for a fee. It would have nice to be able to arrange for pick up at the bus stop if not the rail station. They had no bar or dining room. But we ate at the recommended restaurant by the bus stop and it was wonderful.

• Abdullah Alaiafe (9/5): - فندق بوتيكي صغير و جميل جدا ونظيف جدا وفي موقع ممتاز الفندق مرتب جدا ونظيف جدا الطاقم ودود ومتعاون يوجد مواقف واسعة الجناح مجهز بأدوات المطبخ اطلالات خلابة وموقع متميز النظافة والترتيب والجمال هي مايميز هذا الفندق الاستقبال يفتح فقط من الساعة 7.30 إلى 11 ثم يغلق ويعود بعد الساعة 4 العصر حضرنا الساعة 2 ظهراً وانتظرنا إلى الساعة 4 العصر لتسجيل الدخول الفطور محدود جدا لكنه يفي بالغرض لا يوجد تصريف في أرضية الحمام

The manager I think was very helpful and friendly. We were staying in between seasons so very quiet last day we were the only two their. Breakfast was good but not the best with the croissants getting stale because not bought fresh. Barely any English tv channels on the old tv system. The Tea and coffee facilities were at the end of the floor not in each room, which for the cost of the stay a bit mean. A small coffee machine or kettle in each room would be normal?

• Marc (5/5): Für den Preis hätte ich ein bisschen mehr vom Hotel erwartet. - Die Lage ist toll, was aber sicherlich auch in Grindelwald an sich fast überall gegeben ist. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Erreichbarkeit und Parkmöglichkeiten des Hotels sind ebenfalls gut. Das Innere des Hotels ist doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Zimmer hat seine besten Tage lange hinter sich. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr rudimentär. Der "Skikeller" ist lediglich ein Raum im Keller, der nicht gesondert beheizt wird.

Als das Hotel kein Abendessen angeboten hatte,mangels Gästen,war der Durchgang zur grossen Terasse abgeschlossen.Es war am Nachmittag nicht möglich,auf der Terasse die Sonne und den schönen Ausblick zu geniessen......oder eben nur zu verweilen um ein gutes Buch zu lesen.

• PARK (9/5): - 넓고 굉장히 아늑하고 멋진 센스의 룸. 발코니에 티테이블, 더 감격스러운 것은 그 앞에 펼쳐진 아이거북벽의 위용이었어요. 밤새 깨어있고싶을만큼 멋진 하룻밤이었습니다. 조식도 좋았고 모든 것에 만족입니다. 그린델발트 역 바로앞에 124번 버스 타면 숙소 앞까지 옵니다. 캐리어끌고 걷기에는 오르막이라 힘들거에요. 다시 방문한다면 이곳으로!!^^ 방안에 티포트가 있었으면... 이외엔 없어요^^

Die Lage ist genial, dank Zimmer Südseite sehr lange Sonne. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Frühstück sehr lecker, es hat alles, was man braucht. Kommt mir gerade nichts in den Sinn.

• wai yian (9/5): Nice comfortable hotel with beautiful view - The view from the room is beautiful. Bed firmness is just right. The coffee machine is nice. The small kitchen in the cupboard is useful & cool. The Steak we ate in the hotel restaurant was nice. Spacious with a separate bedroom, dining table in the living room area that also has 2 single beds. One bed has roof top window that can view stars at night A bit difficult to travel there with big luggage. A bit pricey, partly due to the festival season. Check-in only starts at 4 pm, with nobody at the reception area before that time.
