• Damian (8/5): Overall a great stay and a good choice - Great location and plenty of space. No control of the temperature in the main shower and the boiler seem to set very hot.

Nice little courtyard for sitting outside. Comfortable settee in lounge. Easy walk to all old town sites. Plenty of room for four but will take six. One shower difficult to manage but ensuite shower was fine. A bit basic in furnishings and kitchen utensils,

• Helen (7/5): Great location and spacious apartment. - Large spacious apartment with a great location. Owner very accommodating with check in/out times. Shower in main bathroom was difficult to use.

We missed our original dates due to weather and travel complications but they were willing to work with us and we were able to salvage part of the stay with them. Fantastic location.

• Pirkko (1/5): Bookingista en enää tilaa mitään!!! - Emme päässeet asuntoon sillä siellä oli toiset asukkaat. Meille oli tullut sähköposti asiasta samaan aikaan kun odotimme että joku tulee avaamaan oven.. Soitimme vuokraajalle ja hän vaan pyysi varaamaan toisen asunnon Bookingista!!!!!! Sellaista ei kuitenkaan ollut vapaana joten saimme asunnon muualta, jonka varaamisen hoitivat perheenjäsenet Suomessa.. Todella törkeää toimintaa.
• Ann (8/5): - Clean & spacious, just like photos posted, have 2 bathrooms, good for 5 of us. Even no parking provided, there’s a parking lot just 1 minute away. It’s perfect if you can find the lift to reach the ground level. Fruit stall at the corner of the building, and a supermarket a few more steps away. Perfect location to start to explore the old portion of Valencia, you could reach the Central Market in only 5 minutes walk. One of the bathrooms: no water came out from the sink & no hot water for bathing. Since it’s still hot in mid September, it’s ok for some of us. Another bathroom: water dripped from the ceiling if another bathroom was used. The stove seemed not functioning well. It took unreasonable time to heat up a bowl of water.

• Saksham_agrawal (10/5): Value for money - Perfect location and size of the apartment is too good. Perfect for 4 people. It has complete 2 bathrooms. Just the 2nd shower is too small
• Tiziana (9/5): Great place - The apartment was larger than expected. The host was very flexible for the check-in time. They noticed there was a problem with the AC and they took care of it ASAP (so when we arrived there was a handyman doing his job but overall that was ok because the issue was fixed when we came back). Not super close to public transport, you need to walk 10 min to either catch a bus or the metro. But this is not so much an issue of the property but Valencia in general.
