- Sibulele (6/5): Pleasant - The stuff, front desk lady was super friendly and professional, she helped us with a genuine smile on her face when we double booked a day when we wanted to extend our stay. The other stuff ladies were friendly and professional as well as highly mannered. The only thing that bothered us for a couple who stayed at the property for over a week was not having a trash can in our room. And it'd be super nice to add a kettle and a microwave in the double rooms.

- Priya (2/5): Very poor - The windows didn't have handles. Both of them. I struggled to close them. Provided cape town is very cold. There was no wifi password in the room. The TV remote was damaged. And there were cockroaches in the room.

- Obert (2/5): We had to cut our stay and lost the money. - I was moved to another place as the one booked guests had extended their stay, and the one I was moved seemed not prepared but was given a room. The noise level very high people (girls and guy) moving in and out bagging doors making a lot noise till mid night. Water cold, no tea in the room.

- Lehlohonolo (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - NOTHING!!! After my booking was confirmed, I received a call days after that they canceling my booking and I'm being moved to another guest house. On the morning of my booking, I was moved once again to another guesthouse. When I came to the allocated guesthouse, the staff had no idea of who I was. The owner wasn't answering my calls, until I went to her guesthouse and that's when the staff helped to get hold of her, and I canceled my booking.

She tried to assist us by trying to cancel booking. She was so reassuring that we decided to stay the night. It was a good decision. The location.
- Gift (1/5): Pleasant but recently disappointing - I had a pleasant and very disappointing stay at Adiel I booked two nights and I did not like the fact that when I arrived at the guesthouse, I was told that someone over stayed their trip and due to that my apartment was unavailable. I was taken to a different apartment for 1 night in Parrow (10 min away) even though that was not the apartment that I had booked. The next day they requested an Uber for me and returned me to their apartment the one that I had booked in Adiel guesthouse. There was a lady who was travelling with us inside the Uber and apparently she says what they did to me was also done to her and she was very angry. So they were taking both of us back to Adiel. That was really unprofessional, dodgy, and time consuming as I am not a backpacker and it seems I was forced to be one. I should have cancelled before I arrived. You dropped your standard by doing that to me and your other customers and this certifies that I won't ever return to your guesthouse. Give people what they have booked, instead of moving them around.

- Hannelie (6/5): Never again, I feel sorry for the staff. - The staff I had to deal with was trying their best, the host went out of his way to better my experience. Emily and Patience were friendly and kind, always assisting with a smile. The absolute bare necessities were available. For the rest utterly poor, no towel rails, no rubbish bin, bedding was not to standard, no side tables, the noise was unbearable. Shouting and washing cars after 12 at night, the sound echoed throughout the building.

I recommend such good customer service - Clean and quiet property The Property Manager Dean called me this morning and rectified a situation with such patience and and understanding. I applaud the after sale service of Dean. He knows how to look after customers even after they have checked out. Now that's how you win customer like us. I will be coming with my colleagues soon

- Lucille (5/5): It was ok but the bed was awful - The place was clean and staff were amazing but the room had very little facilities to accommodate our needs. And they said we'll have a queen size bed. But we got 2single beds pushed together. During the night it parted from each other and was very uncomfortable The fact that theres not even a bedside table or any other table. And other guests were loud. The manager had a bit of a hassle getting them to be quiet

- Arendse (8/5): It was do-able but they can do better for the price they charge. - The bed was comfortable. There were no cupboards to put our clothes in. There were no trash bin inside the room. No toilet paper was available our first few days and nights. The room gets incredibly hot. The water coming out of the shower caused the whole bathroom to be wet. The cleaner came and on a Sunday (our rest day) and said: “I want to clean”. We had no idea beforehand of the room going to cleaned on this day and that time to have make plans to go out, rather then to have to sit outside in the sun till she was done cleaning.

The things they cook smell so bad on the entire guest house. Bedding has stains and not ironed. They do not clean the rooms during our stay. We had to constantly ask for tissue for the bathroom use
