• Alison (6/5): Good but could've been much better if not for the smell. - The area was good. Close to the market and tourist sites. The room was great, except for the smell. The room stank from the shower drain. If you're staying, take a ziploc bag and fill it with water to cover the drain.

The staff was awesome, very kind and generous with their time. They provided us guidance on the boat tour and we even received a 20% discount when we booked for our group of 10 people. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel! This is not specifically related to the hotel, but would love it if they had a vending machine for other drinks in the lobby or something similar. That said, it did not hinder our experience or enjoyment of this hotel. We really enjoyed it!

• Wong (10/5): Amazing home away from home - The staff gave me a space upstairs to have my meetings. It was so nice of them. The location is great so much food just steps away. The kitchen set up allows to cook small easy meals. There is a washing machine in the apartment and the staff dry the clothes for free. Elevator was quick. Staff offered to clean rooms daily. All good. Bathroom floor floods a little but its just the design.

• Minh (10/5): Great hotel, clean and safe, kind and helpful staff - Location was great..lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Less than 10 minute walk to mall. Staff was very nice and Apartment was clean. The city had rolling blackouts so we didn't have electricity/internet for a few hours during the day but the hotel had a generator to provide basic lighting.

• Sweerman (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, comfortable room. Separate bedroom and a huge living room/ kitchen. Plenty of restaurants close by and a 5 minute walk to the boulevard. Owner and staff are very helpful. There was a scooter available and I could rent it by the day. I loved this place so much I stayed here for 2 weeks
• Phuong (10/5): Definitely worth every moment I spent there - The hotel was really cozy yet spacious for a family. The location was very convenient. The hotel was near Hon Gai and Bai Chay beach, Sunworld Park and Quang Ninh museum and so many tourist attractions. It took me only 10-30 minutes to get to any famous places that I wanted. The room has 2 bedrooms and it looks just like new and of course, very clean. The hosts are nice too, he seems to take care of his property very well =))) With that level of price, this is such an optimal choice. I've stayed in Muong Thanh before but I like this place much better. The only thing that could be changed is the parking but it was solved rather easily because all the local cars park on the street so we just did like them =)))
