• Siyana (5/5): Не бих повторила - Инструкциите за настаняване получихме в последния момент в деня на в който пристигахме. Наложи се да звъня на booking да се свържат с мястото защото нито ми отговаряха на съобщения, нито на обаждания. Вероятността да останем без място въпреки платената резервация беше реален. Апартаментът, който ни дадоха за цената е ок, но ако не познаваш студентски град вероятността да се ориентираш от “инструкциите” за настаняване е почти нулева. На паркоместа не се надявайте понеже почти винаги е пълно. Като цяло въпреки цената не бих си причинила втори път да отседна.

• Илка (8/5): Приятен - Локацията на апартамента е много удобна, сравнително тиха, комфортен за кратък престой на двама души. Банята беше чиста. Апартамента е партерен и има външно отворено пространство с маса и столчета. Подът не беше измит добре. Липсваха допълнителни пликове за боклук. Забележките ни са предимно за оборудването в кухнята. Тя е малка и функционална, но неудобна за хора, които обичат да си приготвят храна. Има нужда от нов тиган, който да е с дръжка (наличният е със счупена такава), голям нож, купа за салата, белачка за плодове/зеленчуци. Има само 1 чаша за кафе... Също така е добре да се добави кафеварка или френска преса, защото не всеки пие 3в1 и каната за вода не е достатъчна. Когато престоя е за повече от 2-3 дни подобни малки липси го правят некомфортен.

• Ana (8/5): - Key collection was super easy - the host sent me a photo of the lockbox location and clear instructions on how to access it. This was sent on the morning of the check-in, so quite timely. It's a spacious apartment, with a bedroom separated from the rest of the place with a glass panel - see-through, but still adding privacy and a nice feeling of having your rest space separate from everything else. The tableware in the kitchen was in a poor state. Pots and pans were broken. The kitchen could do with a few new buys. There's no coffee, tea, or salt and pepper provided by the host.

• Marina (1/5): - Unfortunately, my experience with this accommodation was negative. First, the key pickup process was poorly explained. The instructions only stated that the key box could be opened with a code, but there was no information about where the box is located or a clear description of its position. The boxes are very small and not easily visible at the entrance. As a result, I had to use my phone credit and call the host from roaming just to find out where the key box was and how to access it properly. This information should be provided in advance. Second, the apartment was very cold upon arrival. It is December, yet the heating was completely turned off. The air-conditioning remote initially did not work, and the unit was blowing cold air instead of warm. I spent the first night feeling cold until the apartment finally warmed up to a tolerable level. Third, water was leaking from the boiler. The host told me this was “normal” when there is no water in the neighborhood and mentioned a so-called “safety feature.” However, water leaking directly from the boiler cannot be considered normal or safe, and it made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

• Ilieva (7/5): - Беше на удобно за нас местоположение. Удобно за кратък престой 1-2 дни. Дограмата на прозореца е счупена, което не позволява нормалното отваряне/затваряне на прозореца. Не влизаше достатъчно светлина, щорите не се вдигаха, освен на единичния прозорец. Нямаше кафемашина, за мен това е минус. Още една по-дебела завивка предвид това, че вече сме в началото на есенно-зимния сезон, а и за двама души тази е недостатъчна.

Leider kommt durch irgendeine Lüftung Rauch Geruch , morgens hat er leider stark nach Rauch in der Wohnung gerochen

The communication with the host was super easy, he was welcoming and friendly. AWFUL cigarette smell inside the apartment, in the evening is bearable, but in the morning and during the day it's impossible to stand it.
