- Sergei (5/5): - Хозяин потребовал платить только наличными. Мы вроде бы не возражали. Но приехал курьер за наличными, и отказывался дать нам никакой документ или расписку в получении наличных (типа, не был проинструктирован) . Я стал переписываться через Booking с (насколько я понял) менеджером этого жилья - представителем хозяина. Я просил ее просто подтвердить в переписке, что деньги получены. Она сделала это , но далеко не сразу. Курьер тоже несколько раз созванивался с хозяином. Я не понимал их разговора, но судя по голосу, хозяин был крайне раздражен. В результате, менеджер подтвердила получение наличных в переписке, но все это отняло у нас много сил и времени. Мы чуть было не опоздали в театр, ради которого вообще приехали в Нови Сад. И настроение тоже нам подпортили с этим. Также, трудно было разобраться с душем. Вода так толком и не нагрелась, пришлось мыться в прохладной воде, напор душа слабый. Система упправления душем достаточно сложная для нового человека, было бы логично оставить инструкцию, но ничего подобного не было.

- Cirkovic (2/5): Really dirty apartment… - Only thing which I liked is that owner come to try to fix the internet, because internet also didn’t work. It was really not clean. Had musty smell… Bathtub was yellow and really old. Also apartment had bugs. I have impression that no one was in apartment for long time… Refrigerator had also some special sound all the time…
- Line_out (6/5): An unusual apartment for large families, not for romantic evenings. - It's quiet in the apartment. Good location, lots of space and beds to accommodate a large family. Lots of dishes and even an electric kettle. Two air conditioners! Non-standard layout and large terrace (although it is too hot in the mornings in summer). I was hesitant to give myself a 7 or a 6, but when I saw that the owner also cancelled my booking at the last minute to save the booking commission, I finally decided to give myself a 6. The owners cut corners. This was once a really great apartment, but it has not been properly maintained and the magic I saw in the photos is partly gone. It is still in a good location and there is still plenty of space, but the bathroom does not have enough water pressure to take a shower comfortably (let alone a bath). There was also a leak in the bathroom and we were constantly changing the dishes to avoid flooding the whole floor. In the morning we discovered that our biscuit crumbs had attracted several dozen ants. I don't know why, but there is no dishwasher in the apartment. Perhaps this is a good option for 6-8 people, but not a romantic place for a couple. We could have just stayed in a room for 40 euros, but we deliberately chose an option that was almost twice as expensive.
