• AliceLRM (10/5): Fantastic apartment with everything you need, a wonderful host and a great location. - Paolo was such a fantastic host and went above and beyond. He kept in contact before we arrived and even arranged things so we could check in early. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and fresh fruit from the garden. He was really helpful and talked us through some things we might like to do in the city and sent us details of some of the best places for food and ice cream around. He even came back with some beach towels and a parasol so we could have an easy trip to the beach!The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. It's really close to the main route into Ortigia which has a supermarket if you want to make food whilst you're there, and it's super close to the Ancient Greek theatre. Nothing, everything was fantastic.
• Thomas (10/5): Absolutes Highlight in Siracuso für Erkundung von Stadt und Umgebung (zB. Noto) - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Ruhiges Viertel mit Bars, Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Ortigia (25 Minuten) oder Archäologischer Park (15 Minuten) fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind an der Straße ausreichend vorhanden. Man kann auch einen vor dem Haus mieten (12€). Wir empfanden das Viertel als absolut friedlich und parkten vier Tage an der Straße (eigenes Auto, kein Mietwagen). Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mensch, der sehr offen und professionell ist.

• Antony (10/5): Comme une maison de ville avec tout le confort - Que ce soit le calme des lieux, avec ce petit jardin si plaisant pour le petit déjeuner ou le verre du soir, l'équipement très complet autant de la salle de bain ou de la cuisine, la facilité à se garer sans être trop éloigné non plus du centre historique, et la convivialité de l'accueil, on est ravis. Rien du tout ! :-)

• Albert (9/5): Highly recommended. - Paolo was an excellent and extremely kind host. The studio was comfortable and well appointed.
• Guest (8/5): - Really friendly and helpful hosts with lots of helpful recommendations. They also provided beach towels and a beach umbrella which was a nice touch. A bit of a walk to get to the main downtown area on Ortigia Island.
• Axel (9/5): - Die Lage ist gut, zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen. Nach Ortigia geht man etwa 20 Minuten. Der Gastgeber Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns eine Menge Tips gegeben.
• Erik (10/5): - Paolo war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich zum Empfang sehr um uns gekümmert hat, viele Tips gegeben und allgemein sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Individueller Check In war auch kein Problem. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr neu eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles wirkt erst kürzlich renoviert und außerdem gibt es einen netten kleinen Garten mit viel Grün (und einigen Katzen) um das Gebäude herum. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in ca 15mins zu Fuß in Ortigia und hat auf dem Weg dazwischen viele Gelegenheiten, etwas günstiger einzukaufen oder zu essen/trinken, der Unterschied zwischen den Preisen innerhalb und außerhalb Ortigias ist enorm und es lihnt sich, da außerhalb der Insel zu schauen, es gibt viele lecker.und gemütliche Alternativen. Auch hier gibt Paolo übrigens gerne Tips

Er war immer erreichbar und hat viele Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. - Die Unterkunft war super sauber und in einer ruhigen, guten Gegend gelegen. Mein Apartment und ein weiteres waren nochmal mit einem Tor vom Hof abgetrennt, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt hat. Es gab einen Garten und eine kleine Terrasse. Die Ausstattung war top, von Pfanne, über Föhn bis hin zum Wäscheständer war alles vorhanden.

• Thomas (9/5): - Paolo hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Es gab jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Weißwein und Wasser für uns im Kühlschrank. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! 👍

Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile in auto, Ortigia è raggiungibile in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Bellissimo appartamento, ben tenuto, pulitissimo e ottimamente attrezzato. Nulla!

Il giardino comune apprezzatissimo e la posizione top per visitare Ortigia senza preoccuparsi del parcheggio perché raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Paolo è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha consigliato tanti posticino da visitare. Consigliatissimo !!

• Peter (10/5): Top! Warme ontvangst ! Super leuke dagen gehad - Er was de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de tuin , alles nieuw ingericht , alle voorzieningen aanwezig zelfs wasmachine . Bij aankomst stond er een lekkere fles wijn klaar . De vriendelijke gastheer kwam ons gratis afhalen van station . En teruggebracht met zijn superlieve vrouw erbij . Goede restaurants op aanraden v gastheer . Dichtbij het betoverende Ortigia .

• Loes (10/5): Heel erg bedankt, misschien tot een volgende keer! - Perfect gelegen vlakbij het centrum en het archeologische park. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Het appartement is met smaak ingericht en de tuin is heerlijk om in te relaxen. De gastheer was heel aardig en heeft heel veel nuttige informatie gegeven. Ook internet was snel. Een aanrader! Alles prima
