I can't say anything negative about it, it was so spacious, beautiful views, communication from the host was amazing, there was easy parking, there was every little convenience included -coffee machine, darts board, books, Smart TV, Rooftop Terrace, washing machine, free toiletries, dishwasher. The apartment was clean and a great layout, honestly can't say enough good things about this place! Nothing, it was all great.
• Aline (9/5): Bel appartement agréable très bon souvenir - L'appartement est spacieux avec une belle vue sur l'océan et les toits du village. Nous sommes venus en novembre et malheureusement nous n'avons pas vraiment eu la possibilité de profiter de la terrasse. Les équipements dans la cuisine étaient complets et en bon état. Il y avait quelques condiments, du thé et sucre en dépannage pour le début du séjour. Le jeu de fléchettes dans le salon c'était vraiment sympa ! Nous avons communiqué facilement via Whatsapp Si vraiment il faut noter quelque chose la place de parking n'est pas très pratique (jusque à côté d'un poteau) mais après quelques jours mon mari avait pris le coup.

• Burandi (9/5): Un piso muy agradable y recomendable. - Es más una casa que un apartamento. Un piso alegre y divertido. Muy agradable. Vistas estupendas desde una terraza grande. Todo lo necesario en la cocina y salón muy grande con televisión y música. El aparcamiento privado y gratuito al lado del apartamento. A 5 minutos en coche del centro de Lagoa. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Nada en especial.
• Jiri (9/5): - Bezproblémová komunikace přes app booking i whatsapp. Dostali jsme přehledně mnoho informací, takže příjezd i pobyt byl bezproblémový. Vyhrazené místo na parkování. Krásný výhled na zelené kopce, vesničku se 2 kostely a moře zároveň. Kuchyň skvěle vybavená, není problém střídat restaurace a vaření doma. Opravdu ideální poloha k výletům po celém ostrově. Je opravdu nutno počítat s autem (věděli jsme předem). Obrigado pela excelente estadia, Francisco! Koupelna by mohla být větší.

• Bridget (10/5): Wonderful Spacious Apartment in Excellent Location with Views - The location was perfect, high above the village with stunning views of the sea and a church. The apartment is huge and fantastic value for money, a full kitchen (well equipped too), and two good bedrooms - a double room with a big bed and a twin room. I loved sitting and gazing out at the view, whilst cradling a cup of coffee. It even has a dart board! Lots of parking and access easy after the first arrival. Totally recommend it. One small thing - feedback really - Arrival details were not easy to follow on arrival. In fact, it is quite easy - (1) you ring a telephone number (that they send you) and the gates open. (2)The allocated parking bay is the first covered one on the right (3) the key safe is at the back of the parking bay. (4) The entrance door is the first one on the left. (5) There is a keypad and also a key for the outside door. We did not need to use the keypad, just the key, but only found this out when another resident showed us. We were sent very useful videos about getting in, but only on the day, and without wifi, they would not load. Suggest the videos are sent a couple of days in advance and perhaps the written instructions could be re-done, in numbered points (as above).

• José B (9/5): Muy buena opción para visitar la isla si no quieres estar en la capital - La ubicación y las vistas a través del ventanal. La terraza de la azotea(aunque la escalera de acceso no es apta para personas de gran envergadura). La amplitud del salón- comedor. Algunos detalles decorativos simpáticos. La plaza de aparcamiento privado La puerta del baño, corredera, no aísla del ruido ni olor. Se entiende que es la mejor opción de puerta al ser un aseo tan pequeño. El colchón de la cama grande está vencido en los laterales.

• Hristo (10/5): Exceptional - A dream place to stay at Sao Miguel - spacious, a dedicated parking place, clean, a kitchenette with everything needed. The toilet 😂 and the views from the terrace are incredible! You need a car to get there but everyone needs a car on the island so not an issue.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the place, one of my TOP 5 flat and I've been travelling A LOT throughout the world! It is well equipped. We immediately felt like we were home. The humidity in the air outside the flat in the corridor
• Polona (10/5): Exceptional - The location is good, 20 min drive from the airport. It's in the middle of the island, so a good starting point to everywhere we wanted to go. It's located in a very calm area, has a seaview, the living room panorama window was amazing. It has a balcony and a rooftop terrace which was nice to seat on in the evenings. Bed matresses were slightly uncomfortable, otherwise everything was perfect.

• Yael (9/5): Superb - Cool apartment, lots of lighting gadgets . Well located with designated parking. We were there for more than 10 days, and it felt like home. All was fine. The kitchen was a bit dark and could have another bulb.

• Ojgeant (9/5): Superb - Great view from the apartment. Constant contact with the owners, who were ready to help and assist with all questions and needs. The equipment in the apartment new and functional. Neighbors dog was barking almost all the time :) The gate is not always catching the pilot signal, so you might get stuck near the gate if you're not pushing the button at the right time.
• Brixx84 (10/5): Exceptional - Very good house, huge living room with amazing ocean view. Good kitchen, ok bed even though is just 140cm wide and not 160 as we're used to. We've been here 2 times and the second the cleanliness wasn't as good. We found many hair here and there in the house

• Zhibin (4/5): Thanks for the moulded washing machine. - The location is very good for having trips around the island. There is exclusive parking space on a closed private area and enough room for 3-4 persons. We had been satisfied until we had to use the washing machine which was so disgusting and full of mould on and under the rubber ring. We sanitized and cleaned it by ourselves. But it was just impossible to clean it thoroughly. The reaction of the host was „Sorry, we aren’t aware of it“. The washing machine belongs to rubbish, not to equipment for normal use.
