- Rayne (7/5): Lovely time at lavender cottage. - We had a lovely stay at lavender cottage. Big kitchen for cooking and bbq. Lots of outdoor space and sitting spaces in general. Beds were comfy and fans and aircon worked well. Overall had a lovely stay over new years here and would come back. Lovely property however we felt it was slightly cluttered. A lot of stuff everywhere so felt like we were in someone’s house rather than a holiday rental. Also bathroom drainage didn’t seem to do very well and bathroom was very wet after each shower. location was ok as we had a friend to drive us back and forth into town however not good if you would like a drink in town as limited taxi options.
