Chiara (7/5): - L'appartamento era carino e dotato di quasi tutti i confort. Purtroppo il personale di accoglienza (mai conosciuto) parlava solo in tedesco. Inoltre non ci hanno fatto trovare le lenzuola, l'acqua era tiepida e il riscaldamento non riscaldava abbastanza la casa. Sicuramente la barriera linguistica non ha aiutato nella comprensione dei problemi riscontrati
