• Louna (10/5): Rien à dire, cet hôtel est exceptionnel, un 10/10! - L’hôtel est magnifique, la décoration est choisie avec soin, le personnel est aux petits soins et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux ! J’ai réservé ce séjour pour mon anniversaire et j’ai eu la surprise de recevoir une bouteille de champagne ainsi qu’un petit mot le jour J, une attention qui témoigne de la qualité de l’établissement. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

• Mddns (9/5): Bom!! - - Da decoração do hotel. - Da localizacao face a nossa necessidade. - Simpatia dos funcionários. - Da necessidade de atravessar o hotel pela sala de refeições para ir ao rooftop ou a garagem pois sao dois edifícios de quartos distintos. - De nao haver um bar no rooftop ou cinzeiros quando e uma area de fumadores.
• CELINE (9/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce très bel hôtel - L'hôtel est très chaleureux, au calme, et les prestations sont de très belles qualités. Il est bien situé, proche du métro, pour rejoindre facilement le centre ville. Tout était parfait. Juste un petit bémol, il est difficile de se reposer le matin car les agents d'entretien passent l'aspirateur très tôt le matin.

• Patrick (9/5): Hübsches Stadthotel, gut gelegen, tolles Frühstück - Ruhige Lage, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Metrostation Sāo Sebastiaõ entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig und frisch. Wer zu Fuß zum Praça do Comércio gehen möchte, kann das entlang vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten in 50-60 Minuten schaffen. Ab ca. 6 Uhr kann man etwas Fluglärm wahrnehmen. Die Parkgarage ist klein und alles ist ziemlich eng. Mit unserem Seat Leon Kombi war es kein Problem.

• Patricia (10/5): Great concept and design for comfort and calm. - Super feel to this hotel, relaxing, calm, exceptional decor for comfort, ambience. Great roof terrace and lovely communal space as well as a gym. Balcony view/size. Not a balcony to sit on as room we had overlooks rear functional areas of piping, back yard and adjacent buildings.
• Wajeeha (7/5): Nice for a short visit - Stylish room, comfortable bed, close to the metro. Enjoyed sitting in the garden area. Weird smell in the room (9th floor). There is not wardrobe/cupboard, just lots of open shelves which is frustrating for longer stays

Made skincare routine tough, putting on make up impossible. Definitely not worth the cost.

• Ivor (9/5): Only stayed two nights but it was comfortable and convenient for both the city and the airport. - Very clean and modern The sink in the room and the slightly less than private facilities with the not fully shielded shower and toilet space. The switches in the room were over complicated causing a little anxiety at the end and beginning of the day.
• Stefanie (8/5): Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit leckeren Frühstück, aber minimalistischer Zimmerausstattung - Das Hotel ist sehr naher der Metro-Station. Von dem Flughafen mit der Metro direkt, schnell und einfach erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr schön, nahe einem großen Park und gut angebunden an die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber sehr lecker. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und stilvoll. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr modern und schön, aber es gibt keinen Kasten nur eine Kleiderstange. Die Dusche und die Toilette sind nur zwei Glaskabinen - die Privatsphäre fehlt hier komplett. Das Frühstückspersonal ist unfreundlich. Aber die Personen an der Rezeption dafür umso freundlicher. Wenn man die Fenster offen lässt, ist es laut durch den Flugverkehr, den man hört.

• StefH0802 (8/5): Good and comfy hotel in Lisbon, near Corto Ingles and metro. - Great breakfast, nice staf, quick check-in, good location. If your room is near the elevator and your corridor is one with a lot of flight attendants arriving late in the night you don't sleep very well. So recommendation to the hotel...get the "ding dong sound" of the elevators. To the flight indendants...be quite if you enter a hotel room in the night and to possible new guests...ask for a room in the back of the corridor and to the back side of the hotel.

• Leah (10/5): Amazing hotel, definitely worth it! - We stayed for 4 days to celebrate me best friends birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. They left a bottle of champagne, a small cake and a card from the hotel signed by all staff, amazing hospitality! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to metro and great brunch spots. Would highly recommend. Would be lovely to have a few sun loungers on the roof but it was quiet so we were able to have the sofas instead!

Rua tranquila com excelentes restaurantes típicos por perto, sem ser exatamente turísticos, mas com comida portuguesa deliciosa. O local onde o café da manhã é servido tem decoração tropical com vários ambientes, todos muito agradáveis e o que mais nos impressionou foi a gentileza e amabilidade dos funcionários do hotel. Café da manhã de primeiríssima qualidade. Gostamos de tudo!

Breakfast wasn't worth EU18 and staff could have been a little more friendly. But this was not all staff just some. No cups or milk in rooms.

The hotel is very close to the airport and main areas, making it easy to get around—especially with Uber. The room itself was exceptionally clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend! Duvet was slightly thin. Too many buttons to control different lights.

Checkin cheio de fricção com a entrada na garagem com o carro. Má educação. Péssimo serviço. Puseram-nos num quarto no 1º piso, junto à estrada e esplanadas num edificio com 10 andares. Fomos ao cinema, fechamos a porta e pusemos o letreiro de não incomodar. Quando chegamos a porta estava totalmente aberta e escancarada. Carregador do carro parou a meio da noite, parece que o desligaram. O quarto era minusculo e não tem privacidade nenhuma entre a WC e a cama.
