• Maarja (6/5): Student dormitory vibes near the beach - The location was great, just a few steps from the sea. You can see the sea and the beach promenade from the balcony. From the other side of the house, there were interesting views to the windows and balconies of the neighbours. The host was warm and friendly. Altogether the apartment had the vibes of a student boy's den where the mother should come and help him fix things way more often. The kitchen was poorly equipped, without even a proper trash can (no talk of decent pots or pans, let alone wine glasses or a corkscrew). The deep freezer section of the fridge was broken, so the inside of the entire refrigerator was quite icy. The bulbs in the ceiling lamps were mostly out or very dim: it was difficult to read without daylight (I asked about the light in the "special requests" beforehand, but to no avail). The TV didn't function at all.
• Edlira (10/5): - Ergi is a great host. He provided for us a home away from home. Location is very close to the seaside and it's good value for the price you pay.

• Christoph (10/5): Location, location, location! - Location, location. location! The apartment has some minor flaws. Kitchen equipment is more on the minimalistic side, and the bed is a little worn out on one side. BUT you sleep to the sound of waves, and the location is truly brilliant! The building is right at the beach, one of the best cafes/bars/restaurants in the area (Fluctus) is right in the building. The rates are very low for the first beach line. When reviewing a place, one should also keep in mind how much money one paid, I think. I stayed in this apartment a couple of times and wouldn´t rebook if I was not satisfied. Scaffolding is finished now. Again, some things could be improved - but these are minor issues compared with the truly brilliant location.
• Volkan (2/5): Horrible Experience!! - Location As was great..the only one.. There s a construction on building.. was super noisy. There s lift but not working. Electronic devices are very old and not working properly. Washing machine is not working at all and owner didnt help to fix.. TV remote controller not working. Bed is uncomfortable, me and my wife woke up with pain.. Terrace very dirty, cigarettes everywhere.. and be aware of that house doesn't look to the sea side.. just the terrace has a bit of view to see the sea.. unfortunately we are unhappy to rent this house. The owner is not speaking english , just coming to take money, there is a guy who is supposed to help with details but not answering messages properly .... Good luck... .
