Hi ha varies coses que fan restar punts en la estància en la casa: -La cuina està bé però te molt pocs utensilis i molts estan desgastats -T'obliguen a fer la neteja de la casa amb l'amenaça de que et cobraran un plus de neteja (cosa que no s'avisa a l'anunci) -Et cobren per les tovalloles i llençols (tampoc està avisat a l'anunci) -Hi ha un sofà que fa fàstic de sentar-te, ja que està molt brut En definitiva, falta cura i manteniment per part del propietari que evita que la estància sigui molt agradable.

• Cathrine (9/5): Absolutely a fantastic location with stunning views. Excellent for exploring the area. - Really friendly and helpful hostess! When I called the contact number - they answered at once and the hostess arrived within short notice. Absolutely stunning views from the living room! We swam in the fjord surrounded by the mountains. An excellent choice of location if you plan to walk the Aurland Valley and cycle the Rallarvegen during your stay. Really nice kitchen! The mattress downstairs is in need of an upgrade and the bedding as well.

• Jan (6/5): Schöner, aber teurer Fjord-Ausblick - Der Ausblick auf den Fjord ist wirklich sensationell, es sei denn, man guckt durch die seit längerem nicht geputzten Fenster. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: 230 Euro für eine Übernachtung, bei der man dann auch noch selber die Endreinigung machen muss, sind sehr viel. Hinzu kamen auch noch 100 Kronen pro Handtuch- und Bettwäscheset.

The house is literally right on the fjord, with a massive cliff facing you on the opposite side and a view of mountains up the fjord. The shower leaves water all over the floor, which has to be squeegeed up after every shower. Also, great picture window in the living room, but it needed to be cleaned.
• flosen136 (1/5): - Es war sauber. Zugang zum Wasser. Abzocke! Standort: der Container stand in der Einfahrt von 2 Häusern. Beim Ausparken der Anwohnerautos fuhren diese fast in den Esstisch, da der Container nur knapp 2,5 Meter breit ist. Teilweise keine Vorhänge: keiner im Bad und keine in der Küche und der Eingangstür, sodass die Insassen von Fahrzeugen und Fußgänger direktem Blick haben. Die Treppe ist abenteuerlich und die Matratze auf einer Holzplatte ist ein Witz, da der Raum nur 60cm hoch ist. Diese Unterkunft ist ein schlechter Witz.
• Holger (1/5): Please note: no entire house. Located in the basement with extremely noisy ceilings above - The host insisted on personal contact even though there was a key safe. We had to wait. Contrary to the advertisement, we did not rent the entire house; the apartment was in the basement. The ceiling was thin and creaky. We felt like we were living in a drum and could only adjust our sleeping hours to suit the other family. Unfortunately, they went to bed very late and got up before 6 a.m.

We stayed for just one day, but I can see myself staying for longer to just soak in the peace and nature's beauty. It was a bit tight for three people, but I can't complain since the outdoors were so beautiful.

However, there was a slight varnish smell, which was a bit hard on us since both of us have asthma. Given that there was no grocery store nearby, it was surprising not to find any soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The towels provided were small. We were given the bed sheets and were expected to make the beds ourselves, which was not the nicest after a long trip. The bedroom area was super claustrophobic, and we ended up sleeping super uncomfortably on the living room couch.

• Yang (10/5): Lovely secluded fjordside villa - The house is located by the fjord, between the towns of Aurland and Flåm. The view from every window is like a painting. The room is clean and tidy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owner drove to Flåm to pick us up at a reasonable charge, which saved us a lot of trouble. Public transportation is a bit scarce for people who don't drive. Some bus drivers didn't even know there was a stop called Bøen between Flåm an Aurland. So one time they took us directly from Aurland to Flåm, causing us to transfer again back. Fortunately, we got a refund thereafter.

• Марина (7/5): Good - Location: Great location, right on the fjord water. The house is right in the middle between Flåm and Aurland - 45 min walk to either place or 10 min by car, but there is a pedestrian road to Flåm, below the highway, but no such road to Aurland. There is a bus between Flam and Aurland, however, you can't catch it on the move, you need to get on at the starting or final point, tickets can be bought from the driver or at tourist centers. If you are returning home by this bus, you can be dropped off at the place you need. House: The house is at your complete disposal, functional kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 bedrooms. There are table with benches outside, but no covered veranda. There are houses nearby, this is not a closed area, but no one bothers anyone. The house has the necessary appliances and dishes, bed linen. The house is very quiet, you can't hear the noise of the street and cars. A peaceful view through the window of the fjord. There is no direct access to the water, but you can sit on the stones near the water and even swim. It is allowed to grill on the territory (however, you need to buy a disposable one in the store, but this is not a problem). There was no Wi-Fi during our stay, although there was Internet. During stay in the house, clothes acquire a damp and musty smell, this is not critical, but it does happen. The rooms have poor lighting and no ventilation except for the windows. The overall atmosphere is that the house is not very cozy, it is very utilitarian, such a simple country house - different worn-out furniture, no decor. So if you are caught really bad weather and you don’t go anywhere, then sitting at home is not fun. Cleanliness: The house was quite clean, except for the need for a general cleaning of the kitchen and washing floors. Self-cleaning upon check-out. Communication: The owner is available by phone on English, but answers slowly on booking. You will be met upon arrival, and you will check out on your own. Notes for the owner: Cleaning: the kitchen needs a general cleaning (microwave, oven, dishwasher, hood), floors need to be washed (especially in the hallway and kitchen), and the washing machine needs to be washed. Furniture: some furniture could be restored or replaced, and decor сould be added to create a cozy atmosphere (lamps, flowers, paintings). Things and equipment: 1. Replace and buy some things in the kitchen - no knives, bad cutting board and frying pan - this is the minimum. 2. If you ask to clean after check-out, please, provide a hand vacuum cleaner - walking around the house with a heavy vacuum cleaner is inconvenient and time-consuming, also provide disposable floor cloths and gloves, washing the floor with a dirty cloth is not very pleasant. 3. Make sides in the shower - it is very inconvenient that water constantly spreads all over the bath, and it cannot be removed with a water brush. 4. Fix or replace the blinds on the first floor facing the garden, otherwise the livingroom is simply not private. 5. The window facing the fjrd on the first floor is such a gorgeous view, but it will be ruined if don't wash the windows.

• Pam (5/5): If you think about it as a cabin rather than a house that would help. - The location right on the fjord, and looking at the fjord out the window, was unbeatable. Our main problem is that the listing specifies one double bed and 4 twin beds - this is not correct. There are instead 3 double beds. This technically sleeps the same number of people, but this is a very different situation for adults traveling together who don’t want to share a bed. This should be changed on the listing! Sheets and towels are not included in the price of the room and will cost you 100 kroner each. You will both make your own beds up and strip them on your way out. This should be disclosed before booking. You will be given a cleaning list and will need to comply to avoid a cleaning fee being imposed. We always clean up anyway but again this should be disclosed up front. The small thin towels provided for 100 kroner each were totally inadequate to mop up the entire bathroom being completely flooded after every shower, since the shower drain is placed at the high point of the room, the floor slopes down away from the drain, and the foldable shower walls in no way contain the water. There is a squeegee provided but it’s not possible to completely squeegee up the flood.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - A beautiful fjord facing view in a calm house! You cannot walk to Flåm or Aurland- you need to taxi there. If the host offers to pick you up on arrival, she will charge you roughly triple the price of any taxi that runs in this area. It is not mentioned upfront so be careful before accepting that offer.
• Jakub (8/5): A calm place with an excellent view. - Excellent view, especially from the table right outside the entrance. Calm place, walking distance to Flåm (about 40 min). Kids found exciting things to do on the property - explore sea shells, climb on rocks, etc. There is not storage aside of tiny night tables. We stayed at the bottom floor, which is more modern and compact and more quiet, on the minus side, it has smaller windows and is lthus little darker.

• Daria (9/5): Superb - The apartment was located on the ground floor, with all windows facing a spectacular view on the fjord. The apartment was spotlessly clean and inluded all we needed (we only rentedrented bed sheets and towels for extra fee). It is worth mentioning that beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we had a great sleep. The location was great - 8 min to Flåm by car and 20 min to Stegastein viewport. The host was very nice and polite, replied very fast, and was ready to help whenever we would need that. It is a bit noisy when somebody lives above because it is possible to hear all their steps. Fortunately, we have neighbours only 2 nights out of 4
• Fiona (8/5): Beautiful stay on an exquisite fjord - Location was beautiful Property very comfortable Well-stocked kitchen Hostess was not easy to contact and communicate with but when we finally met her she was great No hooks or surfaces to put suitcases, clothes on - would have made unpacking and putting things away a lot easier We were using public transport so had to catch the nearest bus from Flam, not easy walking with suitcases from the bus stop to the property along a bank on the side of the highway. Really need own transport to get there.

• Jenna (8/5): Basic accomadation with incredible views. - This property is all about location. The view could not be beat and it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. It was also reasonably priced. The host was responsive and allowed us to check in an hour early, which we really appreciated. When we arrived at the property, we were told we would need to rent sheets and towels. I did not see this information anywhere in the listing. Not a huge deal, but I do feel it needs to be disclosed in advance. This also meant we needed to make all the beds and then strip them all down again at the end. Again, would not have been a dealbreaker for me, but felt the same information should have been mentioned. She also asked us to clean the floors before we left. I felt this was a little above and beyond for a weekend rental. This property had all the basics, but was certainly a bit rustic feeling inside and could use updating. Ok for the price. The shower was more of a showerhead with some expandable folding doors in only bathroom. When you shower, the entire bathroom gets wet and there were no extra towels or bath mats provided to help with the soaking wet floor.

• Olivia (8/5): Very good - The view for this apartment was amazing! Right on the fjord! Very clean and well appointed, though didn't make use of much because this was a very quick stay. Parking was great and this was an easy place to find with GPS. There were no blackout curtains for the windows, so make sure to bring an eye mask for the bright summer nights! The towels and linens provided were a bit sub-par: non-matching and obviously worn sheets, blue towels that were worn and stained. They don't provide towels/sheets unless requested and paid for at the property, so bring your own if you're able! There is a lot of sound from the upper apartment if someone is staying there.

There is an old pipe that is covered with a plastic. Wasps keep getting trapped and you hear their sound all night.
• Ravi (9/5): Vacation in a beautiful postcard - The property has a beautiful location, there is a view point just 600m from the house, you see the fjords right outside the house. The house is spacious, has a well set up kitchen. The bus stop is 240 metres from the property. You can either take a bus or walk to Flåm by the river (which is quite scenic) If you’re in the bottom floor you can hear people walking on the floor above. It’s not so bad, but if you’re a light sleeper, it might bother you a little bit.

Two issues. #1: No fan or AC led to one sweaty evening. #2: To my knowledge, there is no where on this listing about this house having two separate “stays” in it. We got there and were informed there was a group of people staying upstairs. They were fairly loud in the morning whilst walking around and were on the bench directly outside of our bedroom early in the morning chatting.

Just be nice to have t - The view was amazing and the house has heaters in all areas that work well to keep things comfy. Location to charging stations is also convenient. (1)The floor in the shower enclosure isn’t slopped completely to shower drain. So even with enclosure properly closed, water sits along the side and escapes, a long shower fully floods the floor, we started squeegeeing the floor to the drain after any shower. (2) The covered car park area was full of stuff so the car could not be pulled in. In bad weather you would be fully exposed while trying to get in car. Pics on listing show it empty. (3) The towel/linen package was bare minimum for the number of people in party. For a multi night stay, an additional towel or two would have been nice. Especially with the bathroom floor water issue.

• Lincoln (8/5): Very good - Amazing view over the fjord. Close to Flåm. Good heating. New kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. Very quiet. Water creeps out onto bathroom floor when using the shower. Kitchen could use a few more items such as a toaster, kettle, cereal bowls.

• Amy (9/5): Wonderful location with fjord views and plenty of room. - The location between Aurland and Flam is ideal. The home has views of the fjord. It had a TV, oven, refrigerator and washing machine that we used. It was a comfortable stay with plenty of room. There were minimal kitchen tools and appliances. We could have used a toaster, a bottle opener, a wine bottle opener and kitchen towels. The appliances worked so we were able to cook and keep food cold.

• Rodmcban (10/5): A quiet location near one of the most interesting touristic location of Norway - Really big, clean and comfortable house with a great quiet position and a beautiful view of the Aurlandsfjord. The location is near to the villages of Flam and Aurland, making easy to access facilities like, for example, markets and restaurants.

• Chi (7/5): Good - The location is near Flåm, with beautiful scenery by the lake, and the space is spacious with three rooms. The curtains are too thin and allow a lot of light to pass through. There is water splashing on the floor when showering in the bathroom. Additional charges apply for extra bed sheets and covers.

• Pieter (7/5): Good - Amazing view Bed sheets and towels were not included, and needed to be payed separately. This was never mentioned. Bed not so comfortable. Thin matras with many years of service and hard basis. Very thin curtains. Daylight was not hold back at all. As a tourist with a toddler not used to the long Norwegian days, this was really a problem.

• Nat.sv85 (8/5): Very good - The house is located five minutes away from Flam. It is very convenient. The house is located right at the fjord, so you have a magnificent view from the living room. It turned out that the house does not have linen and you need to bring your own. We were not informed about this in advance, just on the day of arrival. It is an extra cost if you did not bring your own. It is very disappointing that this information is not provided in the description or while you are booking. At least other hotels in Norway have informed us in advance. The hosts need to be more transparent about this policy.
• Annie (5/5): It’s in a great location but is in need of some upgrades. - The location has the best view of the fjord and is only 7 mins from Flam by car. Kitchen and bathroom look pretty new. Because it’s by the water it has a musty smell to it. An air dehumidifier would help. The upstairs bedroom has cracks in the roof and wall. It needs repair. Bedrooms need darkening curtains and some better mattresses. Kitchen needs a few more things for proper kitchen use.

• Olga (7/5): Nice place to stay on the fjord. But needs some repairment. - The location is perfect! Directly on the fjord. Panoramic view of the sea and ships. There was a grill outside. Great parking place. There was great heating in the kitchen and shower room. The furniture was not so new, and the water in the shower was always leaking all around the room. There was only one heater for 2 rooms, but 2 needed really, cause it's cold in the house.
