marina (8/5): splendida città. - la colazione non era compresa, solo cialde del caffe ma niente te e zucchero. la posizione era perfetta ad un passo dal centro, con un piccolo market vicino al portone. Ci ha accolto Emma gentilissima. Metterei qualche specchio in più e curerei l'accoglienza almeno con dell'acqua in frigo e la spesa di €70,00 per la pulizia dovrebbe comprendere lo smaltimento dei rifiuti ( a cura degli ospiti) e la pulizia delle stoviglie ( a cura degli ospiti).
Simone (1/5): - La posizione geografica che era abbastanza centrale La pulizia in primis, poi la climatizzazione che non funzionava durante il giorno ma solo di sera. Il costo troppo caro e nella descrizione è scritto che vi sono due camere e bagno privato. Mentre in realtà il bagno è unico.
Sung Hee (9/5): Erg genoten van ons verblijf in Bologna! - Fantastische locatie in gezellige straat met barretjes, restaurants en winkels en op kleine loopafstand van alle hotspots. Het appartement in een mooi oud gebouw met dito entree was verzorgd en modern en strak afgewerkt, het leek nog erg nieuw allemaal. Mooie badkamer met heerlijke douche met voldoende heet water, er was uitstekende wifi en overal voldoende stopcontacten! Communicatie met Realkasa via booking.com verliep goed en snel. En een persoonlijke en vriendelijke ontmoeting met Emilia van Realkasa, die ons de sleutels en kleine rondleiding gaf in het appartement, gaf ons een welkom gevoel. Er ontbraken nog wat details die ons verblijf nog aangenamer hadden kunnen maken. Zoals nachtkastjes naast de bedden voor je bril, een extra fauteuil bij de bank, een tafeltje bij bank, spiegels in beide slaapkamers, een kapstok voor jassen en tas, licht in de keuken boven het aanrecht en extra haakjes in badkamer. Maar ook zonder dit alles een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad!
