• 윤 (9/5): - 닛폰바시역에서 도보 3분도 안걸리고 난바역도 가까워서 간사이공항에서 난바역 내려서 걸어오시는거 추천해요. 구글맵키면 찾기 쉬워요. 도톤보리도 거리 괜찮구 위치는 정말 만족했어요. 시설도 사진과 비슷하고 계단이 가파라서 처음엔 무서웠지만 초등고학년 아이들은 안전하게 이용했어요. 1층 옆에 쿠시카츠 가게가 있어서 엘리베이터 이용시 냄새가 좀 나요...^^;; 그래도 거기 평일 7시까지 생맥주 반값이예요~ㅎㅎ 호스트님 답장도 바로 해주시고 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 편의봐주셔서 조금 일찍 들어갈 수 있었어요. 저희는 다음 번에 또 이용할 생각입니다~^^ 1층 옆 가게 음식냄새와 다른방 손님들을 잘 만나야한다는 점... 어린아이들 있는 집에서 1시넘게 소리지르고 쿵쿵 거려서 조금 아쉬웠어요...ㅠ

• MAN POK (4/5): Too many fine rules make you feel like a criminal while staying - location The loft area was much higher than expected and felt unsafe, especially with the small, flimsy bar that looked like it couldn’t protect kids properly. I had no choice but to put my kids there, and although they thought it was fun, I was worried the whole time. On top of that, the loft has no air conditioning and gets unbearably hot, making it nearly impossible for children to sleep. Definitely not family-friendly and very disappointing.

• RAYANNE (6/5): Lots of space and comfortable beds in a good location but could use some small upgrades to really enjoy! - The size was nice and the location was good. I liked the number of beds. The air conditioning worked well. Washer dryer was great and fridge too! Beds were comfortable as were the pillows and blankets. Just small things that would help make this a much more comfortable stay. Easy things to add or consider in my opinion. For example-hooks for towels in the bathroom. A cabinet to put toiletry bags on (as there are usually 4 or more people staying). Also this would give you a place to store towels in the bathroom versus the kitchen. Check out time is 10 am and they charge quite a bit for every 30 mins after. You can’t ask for late check out without paying. They can’t store your luggage for the day either. There is nowhere to relax aside from the twin beds. Which is tough for 4 people but you could always sit at the kitchen table I guess. The ladder to upstairs was very noisy. So middle of the night trips up and down woke everyone. Putting a bed where the table was maybe would’ve freed up the use of the closet for luggage and jackets. Moving the table in front of the other window would’ve also allowed storage for luggage possibly under the shelf by the beds. More hooks near the front door for coats would’ve been helpful. A suitcase stand would’ve been nice too, as everyone just laid them on the floor. Towels seemed well used. Those could be replaced. The plant in the picture wasn’t in the suite. Would’ve been nice to have as well as a picture or two on the wall or some small fake plants on the counters wouldve made it look really nice, as the view isn’t the best. The worst part of the stay was the water temperature in the shower. It changed when people used the other facilities. So you would freeze or scald yourself if someone ran the tap. This was very frustrating.

• Thanh (10/5): - It’s nice and clean, it’s central but is actually quiet inside the apartment. The washer has a dryer function so it reduced our time of having to find a laundromat.
• Fong (9/5): - Great location, Kuromon market, food street, metro station, Takashimaya, Don Don Donki, Den Den Town, Big Camera, all within 5-10 mins walk away
• Florence (8/5): - Super appartement en plein centre d’Osaka, en plein dans un quartier animé ou l’on trouve les métros et les restaurants en 2 minutes à pied. L’appartement est un bel espace lumineux, très agréable. Il fait très chaud dans la mezzanine et l’échelle est raide.

• Musico (5/5): Appartamento da rivedere - La posizione dell'appartamento è centrale e vicino a metropolitana. Ha parecchi supermercati vicini come anche ristoranti. L'ingresso dell'abitazione è veramente terribile. La visione dei cestini della spazzatura all'ingresso non lasciano presagire nulla di buono. La stanza è differente dalle foto perchè molto rovinata. I letti sono scomodi e l'aria condizionata non funziona per raffreddare i letti di sopra. Ci sono due ventilatori che non servono a nulla. Gli utensili per cucinare mancano. Non c'è il tostapane. Per entrare a casa ci si deve togliere le scarpe e ti danno delle ciabatte che sono state utilizzata da altre persone invece che quelle mono uso. La scala per salire al piano di sopra è scomoda e intralcia molto chi cucina. Non c'è un armadio per appendere i vestiti. Non c'è uno spazio adeguato per mettere le valigie. Il bagno è vecchio e molto rovinato.

• Cecile (9/5): Cocon très confortable pour une immersion parfaite au cœur d’Osaka - Localisation parfaite pour visiter Osaka dans un quartier calme mais très central. Logement très bien équipé et literie confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon. Malgré la climatisation / ventilation la chaleur reste pénible pour dormir sur la mezzanine (mi-juillet, avec 35 degrés dehors)
• Ngoc Loan (9/5): We loved our stay here. The location is great, the room feels cosy and it's clean and has everything you need. Highl - What a great space for a family. Dining room, 4 actual beds, washing machine, kitchen w a decent fridge, bath tub and balcony. Clean, bright and location is in the heart of Namba which you can walk within minutes. The customer service team were prompt, friendly and easy going. The loft area was higher up than expected. I put my kids there which they loved, but I was concerned about the small bar that didn't look safe. It was fine in the end but just be cautious if you have young kids.

• Philippe (6/5): Décevant - Emplacement - Machine à laver La climatisation est dans la pièce principale et il fait une chaleur accablante sur la mezzanine. Nous étions avec nos deux ados et ils ont dû dormir avec nous la première nuit en bas sur deux lits simples ! Nous avons contacté l’établissement et ils ont apporté des futons à mettre au sol dans la pièce principale. Les enfants ont mieux dormi mais il n’y avait plus de place pour circuler. Appartement très petit comparé aux photos grand angle de l’annonce. Trop cher pour ce que c’est.
• Yi (7/5): Good - The location is fantastic. Just a couple walks away from Nippombashi station and very near to Osaka-Namba, Dontonbori. All of which are accessible via walking. The amenities are complete and nothing to complaint about. The air circulation is not great, given the low position of the air-conditioning. The position and limited speed of the fan does not improve the circulation as well. And since it's summer and we are at the top floor, the loft is extremely hot, even during the night, with no air coming in even though the Aircon and fan are blasting at top speed. One more thing to consider is the height of the loft from the floor. It is 2.5m high with a steep staircase. Not suitable IMO for kids to go up and down if you are planning to come with young ones under 12.
• Anusara (9/5): Stayed for 5 nights, but the room never felt dirty at all. The bathroom was very nice. - I liked that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were enough power outlets for everyone, all necessary electrical appliances were provided, and the location of the accommodation was excellent. The sink water flow was not smooth.
• Jo (10/5): Excellent location for all Osaka attractions and duplex layout for the family with teenagers - Fast and prompt response of the host to inquiries. Proactive notification on any issue related to our stay - notice for the water supply disruption, which was resolved before the check-in time.
• Calvin (9/5): Perfect for a quick two day in Osaka. - The location is just as the ad described. Easy walk, even with elderly to dontoburi. And if tourist attraction isn't your thing, a fairly local market is just on the other side of the street. Place is spacious and cozy. Truly comfortable for four people, unless you're all six feet tall. Also, super easy to check in and out. The loft area was a bit dusty, which activated my allergies immediately.

A good space to see the view and enjoy the night/day of Osaka. - The complete amenities; especially the washer+dryer. - Easy to check in and out. - Very professional and easy communication with the owner. - Very clean and luckily no smells of smoke (since ppl still can smoke on the balcony). -Booked the space for 3 ppl, looking forward to sleeping on the top bed but it took a few hours to cool it down since the air con is mainly directed for the main area. Not an issue for anyone that likes to sleep in warm temperatures or maybe consider it during summer. - Not the best shower that I've had in Japan; water temperature fluctuates a lot during shower.
