The highlight was the breathtaking view from the top 15th floor—we watched absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the entire city. The location is unbeatable. Everything is just steps away: excellent restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, bus stops, a shopping mall, a local market, and the airport bus stop.The apartment itself is incredibly clean and exceptionally spacious. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, oven, stove, microwave, very comfortable bed, and complimentary toiletries.The hosts are wonderful, warm, and open-hearted people. Communication was fast and helpful. We loved the smooth self check-in and check-out process. Before our arrival, they sent us comprehensive instructions along with a fantastic list of recommended local restaurants and shops. They were always available whenever we needed anything.We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chisinau and will definitely return in the future!

• Teodor (10/5): - Apartament curat și utilat cu tot ce este necesar, de la mobilier, vesela, tacâmuri, masa și fier de călcat, aspirator, uscător de păr și tot ce ai nevoie pentru igiena personală, nu lipsește nimic. Nu în ultimul rând, amplasarea zonala este perfectă, la câteva minute de tot ce ai nevoie: restaurante, magazine, obiective turistice, etc.

• Angelo (10/5): Alloggio al di sopra delle aspettative super moderno e pulitissimo. - Posizione molto comoda da raggiungere dall'aeroporto. Appartamento molto moderno dotato di tutto extra spazioso. Vicino a qualsiasi servizio Ristoranti, Bar, fast food e negozi di tutti i generi, Farmacia H24 Il nostro appartamento al 13 piano godeva di una vista su buona parte della città. Nulla di rilevante. Solo una cosa essendo in centro citta si sentivano le ambulanze continuamente di giorno e di notte. Se viaggiate con auto a noleggio non sempre si trova parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

• Rodica (1/5): Nu e ceea ce rezervați! - Am închiriat un apartament pe strada Izmail, însă adresa reală a fost diferită de cea indicată pe Booking. Proprietarul ne-a contactat pe WhatsApp și ne-a comunicat schimbarea. La sosire, nu am găsit locul de parcare menționat, dar blocul în sine era în regulă și nou. Cu toate acestea, apartamentul primit nu corespundea cu cel rezervat. Deși era un apartament cu două camere, pozele nu se potriveau deloc cu ceea ce am văzut. Am plecat, nedorind să fac anularea rezervarii, tocmai ca să pot lăsa un comentariu, cu toate acestea proprietara a anulat , după ce am sunat la Booking, ei m-au ajutat să las acest review și la o rezervare anulată. Recomand prudență, deoarece proprietarul anulează rezervările dacă simte că vei lăsa un feedback negativ sau pentru a nu plăti comision. De asemenea, atenție acest apartament îl găsiți de mai multe ori listat. - nu se afla la adresa menționată - nu poți plăti decât cash - nu are loc de parcare - nu se regăsește în pozele postate - se comunică în privat pe Whatsapp

Очень вежливый и коммуникабельный властитель. Вам всё подскажут, помогут и покажут. Трансфер в аэропорт? Пожалуйста. Было бы ваше желание. Естественно за отдельную плату. Но зато, вам не нужно искать такси. Оценка? 11 из 10. Выше всяких похвал. Если вы хотите получить отличные апартаменты и сервис, то вы найдёте их только здесь. Нет такого.

• Mariana (7/5): Per total, satisfăcător. - Comunicarea cu gazda excelenta, locația este una bună. Nu as numi acest apartament unul "Luxury", din punctul meu de vedere este un apartament Basic. Destul de curat și simplu dar departe de a fi excelent. Mobila, sau mai exact paturile din dormitoare scârțâie la orice mișcare, saltelele de o calitate medie, baia, deși foarte mare destul de incomoda; vasul de wc separat, adică in altă încăpere, trebuia mereu sa mergem să ne spălam pe mâini in cealaltă parte, nu era presiune la apă la chiuveta de acolo. Televizor doar in unul din dormitoare și living.

Особлива подяка власнику за поселення раніше (це було критично важливо, оскільки ми були з маленькою дитиною). Однозначно рекомендую та будемо звертатися ще!

• Ciprian (8/5): Un sejur ok. Apartament dotat cu aprobare toate cele necesare. Recomand să puneți un prosop și în bucătărie, lângă chiuv - Camere moderne. Proprietatea este foarte bine amplasată in oras, in apropierea restaurantelor și a magazinelor. Baia cu WC ar putea fi dotată cu un suport de prosop + prosop, astfel încât să nu fie nevoie să te plimbi dintr-o baie în alta pentru a te spăla pe mâini. Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca am comunicat foarte greu cu proprietara legat de plata cazării. În cele din urmă a trebuit să luăm singuri decizia de a lăsa banii undeva în casă, fiindcă trebuia să facem check-out-îl și nu aveam nici un răspuns de la dumneaei. 😅

• Dan_RO (10/5): Excelent - Un apartament modern, spațios și foarte curat. Locația de asemenea este foarte bună. Comunicarea cu gazdele a fost fără probleme.

Хоч ми і резервували апартамент в день заселення ввечорі, із самим заселенням не було жодних проблем. Хозяйка нас буквально врятувала після того як інша людина нам відмінила резервацию напередодні нашого приїзду. Дякуємо :)
