- Adibah (6/5): - The room is spacious and clean. Huge bathroom. Equipped with a fridge and air conditioner. Pantai pulau mawar is walkable distance but because of the monkey attack I'm scared to walk. Pantai pulau mawar needs to pay RM5 per entrance. Monkeys. My daughter and I were almost attacked by a monkey. I've never seen an aggressive monkey like that. Luckily I was able to fight and chase the monkey away. Be careful if you stay here. Not to leave your food, or child unattended.

Early check ins upon availability 👍🏻 4. Shower with descend pressure 5. Separate compartment between bed and toilet. 6. Functional hanging racks 7. Charcoal upon request 1. Room: - fan was not working, that includes the toilet ventilation fan as well - AC that couldnt beat the day heat - unpleasant room odour - cleanliness - room privacy never existed thanks to the thin wall and curtains - bed sheets arent the freshest

- Zhiyuan (8/5): Good place to stay. - The room is walking distance to Pulau Mawar and a short driving distance to Penyabong. The bathroom is modern and the water pressure is good. The surroundings are quiet and I had a good walk around in the morning to experience the nature around. The staff is very responsive and helpful. None.

- Nur (7/5): Good - Aircond & wifi, tv, working well, facilities are great. Near to pantai Mawar. Got towels and bathroom supplies. Need more lighting in bathroom, very dark at night, scared to take a bath in bathtub 😂. No check in/ check out instructions given, need to call to make sure. Late reply on whatsapp. Cleanliness needs to improve, change duvet right before customer check in, when we check-in there are already lizard poop on the bed and around the room

- Simone (10/5): Lovely stay - A great little stop over on our road trip through Singapore. The host was lovely and very helpful. The room had all we needed for a comfy nights stay. As the location is a little further from Mersing town, be mindful of needing to drive roughly 20-25 minutes into the main area. This was not a bother at all for us and we really enjoyed driving through the beautiful, lush, greenery and spotting lots of monkeys along the way ☺️

Amneties like toothbrush toothpaste shower cap irons are provided like a hotel. Love the toilet design. 2.the Location: really closed to pantai mawar. Walking distance. 3 the bed confortable 1. The wall separating the 2 rooms at chantara cottage is just too thin.. the wall is like a piece of paper.. During my stay, we can even hear the other guest renting the neighbouring room snoring, and talking. No privacy at all. 2. The room a bit dusty and looks like it is not being cleaned properly before we came. Cleanliness can be improved 3. No phone line. Luckily the owner gave us wifi. 4. Mosquitoes, need to bring your insect reùìpellant

- Mohd (6/5): Pleasant - Not much No wifi n phone signal. Entrance from main road too steep. Bathroom door need tinted or frosted glass. Tv also no signal.
- Aidalia (8/5): Good - love the design and setting. everything went well. the host also good and friendly. the location. less restaurants and less choice. healing place only at Pantai Mawar which is no toilet provided to clean. but for those who like to explore, Pantai Pasir Lanun is around 30mins from the location.
