- Irwin (9/5): Functionally Convenient and Comfortable - Close to train station.Good scenic walking paths to get to river. good coffee shop near by.Good laundry amenities. Maybe a better lock on main bathroom door or add a latch as it does open when locked.

- Nella (5/5): cheap but safe - good location for train access lock on door partially broken
no milk although advertised breakfast (2 mornings)

- Simon (3/5): The first accommodation I have ever booked on booking.com that I would never use again!! - Great location
Free laundry facilities
Well equipped kitchen although microwave is requiring attention It was so cold particularly in my bedroom(in which there is a window that doesn’t close properly)which was a converted balcony and while there was a fan for the summer months there was no heater for the winter and despite contacting the owners about the issue they did nothing to address the issue which was very frustrating. I manage property myself and I have been out and bought a heater for a client before because of a freak cold snap. Simple fix if you care about your clients.
Cupboard with food in was infested with ants despite my cleaning it out twice .
Saddened to write this but it is accurate .
- Tracy (1/5): Don’t stay here it is horrible - Nothing It was terrible. Dirty no heating no windows in the room bedding was terrible only 2 towels no bath mat
The room was grubby and the area was rough
- Lyle (2/5): Very poor - The bed No tv no bathing just walls
- Julianne (7/5): CLOSE TO HOSPITALS AND TRAIN/BUS STATIONS - ROOM WAS CLEAN, SPACIOUS SHARED ROOMS.
WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER WERE HANDY. COFFEE MACHINE IS MISSING, MICROWAVE IS BROKEN

- Julianne (9/5): Superb - Spacious home, clean. Large kitchen, safe off street parking available.
Close to main roads into the city. Microwave is not complete, no coffee machine.
Linen was not changed when I arrived.
Near a train line so ear plugs are a must, but convenient for travellers.

- Lisa (8/5): Clean, comfortable room at a good location, for the one night. - Clean and comfortable. Easy to find and enter.
- Remy (1/5): Bad - Not worth any value for money or privacy with NO doors. And sharing bathroom with strangers a young couple took some of my Dads and My things out of our toiletries and medicines. When we are already on the road being homeless and having not much and the house we were in was broken into also and others items and damage . Whilst on the road. And further damage done to myself family. No not good at all. Didn't feel safe there whatsoever
- Dakoda (3/5): Dull - Not very welcoming and for the price with just a lot of rooms, was uncomfortable
- Nathan (10/5): Great value for money comfortable stay - Nice and discreet Nothing much…the walls were thin so I could hear next room over them talking but it’s fine you know.
- Rachael (10/5): It was comfortable, relaxing & had great atmosphere! - I liked that you could have breakfast and chill out. I loved the shower. The room was great & the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the little treat on my towel! The only things I can think of is the front door looks like it was going to come off from wear & tear probably but other than that everything else was amazing.
- Danielle (5/5): Passable -
- Kim (6/5): Pleasant - The cleanliness, location and comfort. It would of been nice to have tv in the room.
- Iain (1/5): This is a dodgy flop house not a cozy home. - Nothing Unsecure broken window lock. Front door left unlocked by other guests. Room smelt terrible. No hot water.
- Orlab172 (8/5): Value for money and great for 1 night stay - Basic air bnb with room and en-suite. Perfect for our short stay for 1 night in Brisbane. Clean and very helpful staff.
- Ryan (1/5): Stayed 4/7 nights and had to find somewhere else to stay - Easy parking The heat, no airflow, no window in our room bathroom had tiny one but room was unbearable during the day and into evening and was difficult to get any sleep.
Grass overgrown, no bath as described either. Fan is on winter mode and in reverse so blows little air. Inside temp recorded at 56 degrees Celsius at 530pm
- Flora (7/5): Good - The location is great Bed didn’t have a bed frame and was really uncomfortable
- Adam (1/5): Bad -
- Stephen (1/5): Very unsettling and didn't feel safe. - The breakfast was a help yourself situation in a shared kitchen. Other guests did not do their dishes so was always a mess. The other guests were noisy at times. It didn't feel safe and police left a card for a previous guest. The hall light was on all night and the light shone through gaps in the walls into my room. Other guests came and went throughout the night.
- Jai (5/5): Passable -
- Zack (3/5): Has potential needs work - Room was nice and big Paying $170 for a room with no tv. Wifi didn’t work
- Federico (9/5): Superb -
- Donna-maree (3/5): Poor - location was good key was not in the lockbox at arrival, I phoned manager who did not get back to me, someone came to the door and used a master key to get me in but this was after standing in the rain in the dark for 25minutes, no apology
WIFI was not switched on at all
- Hopley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laina (9/5): Superb -
- Jai (7/5): Love it see u next time - Down to earth
- Angus (4/5): Disappointing - Bathroom was nice Mattress frame had rips in it, mattresses were thrown on the floor outside the property…
