- Barkley (1/5): Very poor communication - nothing The owner cancelled the booking but didn't communicate this. I arrived in London and when I contacted the owner he told me the property had a leak and had therefore been cancelled. j then had to arrange emergency accommodation while in the middle of a workshop conference. The only positive experience here was how quickly Booking.com handled a full refund for me.
