• Anja (7/5): Schlachthofstraße - nicht empfehlenswert! - Das Appartement ist schön, die Ausstattung sehr gut! Die Lage! Die Schlachthofstraße ist eines der schlechtesten Viertel Bozen's, das war mir bei der Buchung leider nicht bekannt, nicht empfehlenswert...
• Paola (6/5): Schade, es fehlte Einiges… Lage nicht gut… Prostituierten um die Ecke schon ab 21 uhr… - Alles neuwertig…Matratze ok. Alles ziemlich neuwertig ABER Bad problematisch, Abfluss von der Dusche funktionierte nicht gut, Bad etwas überflutet, kein Behälter für Zahnbürste und keinen Mülleimer im Bad!!

The Bolzano card is an amazing detail First time entrance you need to call a number to open the gate, if you don't have a local SIM this can be a little complicated but it was solve by calling the booking contact.

• giuseppe (10/5): Per i mercatini dell'Alto Adige - Appartamento funzionale, molto pulito ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile Servizi ottimi, a cominciare dalla Bolzano Card che ti permette l'utilizzo gratuito dei mezzi pubblici e dei treni regionali. Bus sottocasa, cosi come la Coop. Luoghi meravigliosi: oltre Bolzano, ho visitato Merano, Trento e Bressanone, ovunque ordine, pulizia e ottima accoglienza. Ho apprezzato tutto, unico piccolo neo nella descrizione si faceva riferimento a camera matrimoniale e soggiorno come se fossero ambienti separati,un bilocale. In realtà trattasi di un unico locale separato dai mobili della cucina, ma comunque aperto. Soluzione molto funzionale e pratica.

• Ellen (8/5): Sehr schön und empfehlenswert - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus sieht man zu einer Seite die Seilbahn den Berg hochfahren. Die Dusche wird schnell warm und hat einen großen Duschkopf. Es ist alles vorhanden, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Spülmaschine, Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel … Auch Salz und Zucker und andere Gewürze waren vorhanden. 20m ist ein Supermarkt, in die Altstadt sind es etwa 15 Gehminuten, zum Bhf auch und zur Seilbahn nur 5 Minuten. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

• Xiaofei (10/5): 推荐入住，性价比高 - 非常好，所有设施都很干净而且很齐全，是整个旅程的高光时刻，位置也不是很偏，楼下就有超市。最后行李还寄存了两小时，非常乐于助人。 没有不满意

• Ryan (7/5): Comfortable stay near the city center. - The room had a great, powerful shower and the bed was very comfortable. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center. There’s also a supermarket downstairs, which was super convenient. Unfortunately, we found some hairs in the shower that clearly weren’t ours.

• Susan (5/5): A nice apartment, but ultimately disappointing. - The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Some of the appliances were so state of the art that we couldn't use them! We couldn't turn on the stove, even after the host videoed directions (and we are 2 Ph.D.s). More importantly, after one night (out of a week's reservation) we had a medical emergency and had to change plans to leave the next day. A refund on any of the remaining 6 days' money? Not a chance!! I'm sure they made the apartment available and got double their money from our misfortune.

• Kim (8/5): nice accommodations wished it was closer to downtown area. - place was great, very clean. very comfortable. travel pass was great we used it for tram and bus, museum. host let us store our luggage before check-in. location wasn’t great, hardly any restaurants in the area. bus only comes every 1/2 hour or more so we ended up walking instead of waiting.
