• Wai jun (10/5): Overall good but not bad. - Super nice view and a warm, comfortable house. 1. The only downside is the parking. If you’re driving a minibus or van, there’s a large hole in front of the house (the cover isn’t fully secure), and it’s quite difficult to make a U-turn since it’s a dead-end road. 2. After parking, you’ll need to carry your luggage down a set of stairs to reach the house. This can be quite challenging if you have a lot of bags. 3. After collecting the keys, if your room is in the basement, you’ll need to carry your luggage down another set of stairs. This can be tough, especially with heavier luggage. 4. There are three shower rooms, which is great for larger groups and makes the stay much more convenient. 5. Every room is equipped with a heat pump, so even when the temperature drops below 1°C at night, the house stays warm and comfortable—no need to worry about the cold. 6. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Queenstown CBD, and the road can be quite dark at night, so extra care is needed when driving.
• Narumol C (10/5): - The view from the house is stunning, both mountains and River. The house is so spacious has everything that you need. From the car park to the house you have to walk down to the stairs so it's not that convenient when you have a lot of luggages. It takes time when you arrive and leave. One more thing is the bedroom that has to bunk beds, that room doesn't have the bathroom on that floor so the people who live there need to go to the downstairs bathroom to take a shower. However the downstairs bedrooms all have bathrooms ensuite.

• Selena (10/5): Magic view and great location - The incredible view was always on! Waking up in comfy beds to the view!!!! Great kitchen and facilities. Awesome laundry and good to park a car . Peaceful evenings and daytime watching river sports . Excellent communication with host and a big thanks for the wine and chocolate! We will return as it was a wonderful stay . Seats at the table -but we are all a bit older More chairs in recliner style ( only two) on the deck would be great

• Suzanne (10/5): Excellent choice for groups over multiple days - View, amenities, inclusions ie washing powder and kitchen items. Some extra pillows. Hooks or rails in the bathrooms. There was nowhere to put your soap in the shower.

• merlyn (10/5): Our family have a lovely stay! - Everything is awesome! From the property itself, its amenities, cleanliness, till the million dollar view at the balcony. The on going construction at the neighbouring properties
• Mathew (10/5): Really enjoyed it, and will stay again - We looked for a place that suited a family where we would generally eat dinners at home and Arthurs Point was a great location. Quiet, snow town vibe, and everything we needed. A lot of construction is going on on neighbouring blocks. The builders were friendly but there is just a lot of construction activity. Unfortunately nothing the owners can do about this for the time being.
• Yaroslav (10/5): Very enjoyable - 1. Location and views from the balcony. They were breath-taking. 2. Warmth and heating. 3. Fireplace made the property cosy and, allowed the family to assemble around it and play board and card games 4. Cleanliness and maintenance of the property. 5. Nespresso coffee machine allowed us to buy pods at the supermarket 6. General facilities 1. Television in the living room needs to be mounted on a wall or on top of a TV console 2. parking - the driveway is very steep and with 2 cars made it difficult to park. May be make the driveway even or on a lesser incline and extend the steps leading into the house
• Tong (9/5): - The space is sparkling clean, there are heated floor for all ensuite bathrooms, the view was amazing. the wall is so thin basically you can hear the conversations in the next bedroom clearly, the floor is uneven at the parking area and slippy, you can only access to the entrance from stairs, which make it a bit inconvenience when you have luggages or travel with elderly

• Angelita (10/5): Priceless view and very comfortable stay and highly recommended - The place has an amazing view, the house was spick and span and very comfortable. The house itself for me was exceptional and perfect for family gathering. The road leading to the property but it is only temporary due to ongoing construction on both sides of the property

• Brian (7/5): Good - Well kept, clean and cosy. Very nice view. Construction is going on right next to the property. Construction vehicles needed to park at the property parking space and the road leading to the property which caused us some inconvenience.

• Kittipong (9/5): Superb - Very new and clean Not too far from the downtown G.G view Better than seen in photos Property next door are under construction. Luckily no work during our stay.
• Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - Premium amenities, magnificent view and location. It is very close to Onsen Hotpool. Although it has a private road leading up to the property, it can be busy at times due to ongoing construction beside it.
