• Lauren (7/5): Disappointing - Good layout, spacious, nice bathrooms, good aircon, and close to the main tourist spots and where we needed to be for our stay. The accommodation was extremely difficult to find (Apple/Google Maps didn’t work) due to roadworks and it would have been good to have a heads up. Building neighbours were old nosey judgemental people and watched us out their windows anytime we were outside (god forbid you have a young child staying with you!). Tiny bath towels and terrible water pressure in the bath/showers, limited kitchen tools, barely any spare toilet paper for a 3 night stay, and while there is a pool in the photos, the real thing is disappointing and actually isn’t included for this unit. I called the after hours support line and the worker said they would check and call back but never did. Ants were everywhere in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Also we didn’t use the dryer but noticed the door was damaged and had been TAPED together. Very unsafe and not worth the price we paid.

• Caroline (4/5): Ripped me off, and charged extra for cleaning the filthy dishes left to use, will not ever use again. - Location Dirty, broken fridge, cooking dishes were dirty and old, lack of supplies, towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and cleaning supplies.

• Tina (7/5): Good - Spacious and accommodated all of us comfortably. The cost!!! The price was very expensive because it was the NSW Oztag tournament. The property was not worth the price!

• Kavitha (6/5): Pleasant - Every room had a heating vent/duct and that was the main reason to book this accommodation as I was travelling with my kids and elderly parents. Second reason was the full fledged kitchen setup. No body wash kits - only shampoo and conditioner kits were provided. The kitchen did not have paper towels and scissors which we needed most while cooking. Pillow covers and towels were dirty. No laundry liquid in the laundry room. Had to purchase it the second day(along with all the above that were not provided) to wash the towels as obviously it was a 3 night 4 day stay for 6 people and we would require to wash the used towels ! The master bedroom had a strong smell which was not good. Moreover there was no response from the owners when we requested for the items that were not provided. I would have preferred to stay at a resort or a hotel with a kitchenette instead.

• Raylene (6/5): It’s the little things. - The property provided what was listed. It was comfortable but dated. No handwash or shower gel. A huge inconvenience when we were all so busy running kids to ovals and watching their games.

• Adel (7/5): Lively location - We liked the master room. You provided us with body wash. Nice outdoor area to sit and have food. QUIET! Some of the kitchen amenities were missing, like washing up sponge pods for the nespresso machine. Spray for cleaning surfaces, etc. We had a duvet missing for one bed. Had to make the pull out bed ourselves on arrival. No salt or pepper! So, I had to get some even though they said they would have them available.

• Kylie (10/5): The villa was situated in a great spot, close to everything and walking distance to the beach and Opal Cove - It was close to everything Nothing really. There were a few things wrong when we arrived and left. Oven wasn’t cleaned it had a tray with dirty baking paper in it, the kitchen sink has a leaking tap, dishwasher didn’t works and was dirty as well, some of the windows were ajar when we went to close. There wasn’t enough towels to cover a family of 7, but we managed. Other than that it was a nice place and great area and very close to the surroundings parts of Coffs Harbour.
