Acqua ghiacciata, puzza di fogna, e stanze assolutamente poco insonorizzate , tv che nn funziona.. mi dispiace nn faccio mai recensioni negative, ma siamo arrivate in struttura dopo un torneo in 6 atlete, nn ci siamo potute lavare, l’acqua era ghiacciata, contato l’host e nn mi trova una soluzione in nessun modo, mi dice che può capitare , probabilmente un altro ospite si è lavato a lungo sotto la doccia… impensabile…. Si sente tutto da una stanza all altra … zero privacy.. io soggiorno spesso a cagliari in altri b&b altro servizio, altra professionalità e gentilezza… anche la modalità della colazione molto discutibile. Mi dispiace esperienza negativa.

The room smells worse than a dirty public bathroom and it feels like you get the smell of all people that have taken a shit in the whole building. Even with the window open all night the smell is insane and prevents you from sleeping and having a comfortable stay.

The picture of the balcony it’s more beautiful and better than what we got. We always choose a place with balcony, where we can seat and enjoy a “view”, so we get disappointed about the balcony here. Also you can heard from our room the trains from 5-6 in the morning.

• Hassan (10/5): Honestly, I felt very much at home in Welcome Cagliari. It was fun, comfortable, and very relaxing. So, do not hesitat - Welcome Cagliari was by far the most comfortable stay I’ve ever had. Laura was a wonderful host who made sure I was comfortable from the very first day to last. She was always efficient in responding to questions, concerns, or anything I need during my stay. She was to teach and always went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It is located on the 5th floor, and there is a lift that takes you directly upstairs. As soon as you walk in, you notice how clean and well maintained the kitchen is. There is tea, snacks, an espresso machine, and all the utensils you might need. There is a large table with enough chairs for you and your friends to enjoy your meals comfortably. Extra toilet rolls, an iron and ironing board are also available. The room itself is very cozy, clean, fresh and well organised. The bed is extremely comfortable, and honestly, you may have the best sleep of your life there. There is plenty of space in the room to move around. The TV includes streaming services, so you will never get bored. There is also a desk and chair if you need to work. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained, with everything provided. There is also a beautiful balcony which gives the entire place a very authentic feel. The location is perfect, safe and surrounded by some of the restaurant and cafes. Just a 2 minute walk to the left of the building, you’ll find great restaurants like Sincontru and Patron, and farther down there are grocery stores like Coop. To the right, there are lovely cafes such as Caffe Trieste and Caffe dell’Arte Speciality Coffee., perfect for a great coffee in the morning. Within a 15 minute walk, you can reach some of the most central spots Cagliari has to offer, including Piazza Yenne, Marina and the Old Town. Everything was likeable!

Una puzza impressionante di fognatura; ero nauseato dall'odore, sono andato via una notte prima. La camera necessita di manutenzione (macchie di zanzare acciaccate sulla parete, portasciugamani e porta carta igienica divelti, coperte mooolto datate...). Può andare bene tutto ma non alla cifra che ho pagato. Poi c'era una famiglia con un bambino che ha disturbato tantissimo. Presa vicino al comodino non funzionare. Phon solo aria fredda.

Avoid! - property was modern and nice looing lady was very mean upon arrival, she behaved rudely and refused to wait for us until the official check-in hours. also we send about 7 reminders to issue the invoice and to this date, we haven't received formal receipt or invoice for payment. this suggest something tricky is happening at this place or simply staff is incompetent.

About 10 min from city but comes with the possibility of free parking in front of the building on white like parkings. Host is very kind and provided everything we wanted. It is exactly like in the pictures. Very new and modern facilities. The building is old and the drainage system causes some smell. But it’s not only the apartment but the whole building.
