• Dr Ravivarma (9/5): Wonderful and value for money - Location right on main road, easy access to Bangalore Mangalore road. Comfortable rooms, clean rooms, 24 hours hot water supply, parking available. No in house food and beverages like tea or food etc.

• Poornachandra Tejaswi (2/5): Over all its a bad experience and not suitable to stay for family - None I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding my recent stay in Aksaya Residency. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory due to the following reasons: There is no designated parking area. Guests are required to park in an open outside space. During my stay, my car was scratched in the parking area. When I requested assistance regarding the vehicle damage, the owner’s response was unhelpful and discourteous. The cottage condition was not up to standard. The bedsheet and bed were not in good condition. The bathroom was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. The television was difficult to operate, and the remote was not functioning properly. There was visible dust on the floor. The landline phone in the room was not working, making it difficult to contact reception. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not suitable for a family stay. The lodge requires significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements for future guests.
