• Jelisavcic (6/5): - Lokacija stana je sjajna za obilazak grada. Stan je velik i može da primi dosta ljudi da se udobno smeste. Daska na wc šolji nas je dočekala puknuta, televizor u spavaćoj sobi nije radio, mogao je da se upali i to je bilo to. Vlasnik je naveo da poseduje i parking, međutim to je netačna tvrdnja, jer je to zajednički parking zgrade koji je u momentu našeg dolaska bio popunjen pa smo morali da parkiramo prvo na ulici, pa da ustajemo rano i pomeramo kola u garažu, što su bili i neplanirani troškovi jer je jedan od razloga zašto smo izabrali baš ovaj smeštaj bio i parking. Takođe prvo pitanje je bilo kada planiramo da izađemo iz smeštaja, pošto smo bukirali na jednu noć. Kuhinja je velika sa ringlama i rernom, ali nije bilo moguće koristiti jer posuđa za kuvanje nije bilo. Sunđeri koji su jeftini su bili korišćeni, nisu bili novi. Radijatori prljavi, slojevi i slojevi prljavštine. Na kraju, vlasnik je nas kontaktirao da nam kaže kako smo mi slomili dasku u wcu, što je bilo dodatno neprijatno. Apsolutna šteta, jer je stan prostran, fino uređen i sa malo truda bi to bila 10ka.

• Диян (8/5): - Great location, the apartment is in the very center of the town. It's big enough - has 2 bedrooms, the kitchen is separated from the living room. The apartment is well furnished and it's comfy. It could be better cleaned, there was a cobweb over one door (the door of the second bedroom). There is a LAN cable going through the floor of the living room and the first bedroom (we had to make sure our little child doesn't cut/destroy it). Also the air-conditioning is only in the living room and in the summer it's very hot in the bedrooms (even at night, because the apartment is on the 7th floor).

• Guest (6/5): Really cheap,but with lots of things that should be worked on - This apartment is in the heart of Nis, it's truly a great value for money. Another plus, it also has a parking place and excellent WIFI connection even though somehow in the description it is not mentioned, maybe it would be better to change this detail. Recently renovated, the bed was confortable. The place could have been cleaner. Everything was in order, but we’ve definitely stayed in tidier apartments before. Note that there’s only one air conditioner in the living room (which has not been cleaned long time ago), which makes it nearly impossible to cool the two bedrooms,something to keep in mind on hot days. We also found it odd that the windows and doors hadn’t been replaced, as the living room shows real attention to detail. They creaked loudly whenever we opened or closed them, which was quite annoying. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a very old building. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be for those uncomfortable with heights, since access is either via many stairs or a very old elevator. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the key system: the key was in a locker, but to get it you first had to enter the building by buzzing someone,not ideal, especially with a late check-in. The host was communicative but not particularly friendly. Payment had to be left in cash inside the apartment, and he sent a confusing photo of a door that we couldn’t even find nearby. As experienced travelers with strong English, we found his slightly condescending replies unnecessary. There are lots of things that could be improved...
• Nataša Vicentic (10/5): - Odlična lokacija, besplatan parking, opremljenost i dobra komunikacija sa domaćinima. Čistoća kuhinje, kupatila kao i terase koja duža vremenski period nije očišćena sa sve prostrtim vesom koji ukoliko želite da koristite terasu morate skloniti.
• Ana (7/5): - Ovaj apt smo izabrali posto putujemo sa malom decom, u ideji da omorimo 1 noc sa puta iz Grcke ka nasoj finalnoj destinaciji u dve odvojene sobe. Medjutim apartman je u spavacoj sobi gde su dva single kreveta imao budj na plafonu...Deca nisu tu mogla da spavaju pa smo se svo 4oro smestili u 1 bracni krevet😱 Tako da nije bilo uodobno ni komforno za spavanje. Stan je na dobroj lokaciji, u staroj zgradi. Generalno je bio cist i nismo imali drugih zamerki sem budji na plafonu..

• Beáta (9/5): Család Magyarországról - A szállás nagyon szép, modern, a legjobb műszaki dolgokkal felszerelt, erkélyes,légkondis, központi fekvésű apartman. Önálló check in volt, viszonylag későn értünk,tranzit állomás volt hazafelé. Megoldható volt minden kérésünk. A szállásadó segitőkész volt, viberen képes segítséggel is ellátott. A szálláshoz, a házhoz tartozó zárható parkoló is tartozik, de mivel vasárnap este volt, teljesen tele, mi inkább a közelben lévő parkolóházat választottuk. Ez egy nagy emeletes házban a 7.emeleten volt a lakás melletti boxban a kulcs, a lépcsőházba bejutás nem volt leszervezve, hanem be kellett jutni, ez lehetett volna kellemetlen akár.. Hetfőn, kicsekkolásnál elromlott a lift.

• Nikoletta (5/5): - Veľmi pekne zariadený a prerobený byt. Bezbariérová dostupnosť vďaka výťahu je super. Poloha skvelá, ak chcete prejsť mesto.. Byt bol pekný, ale veľmi teplý— na 7.poschodí, prakticky nevyvetrateľný. Dlho tam nikto neupratoval.. Svetlá nastavené na fotobunku aj na toalete sú trocha nepríjemné.. Parkovisko bolo plné a v systéme jednosmeriek pre nás takmer nedostupné..

The bed sheets and the towels were clean, but overall, the apartment wasn't. There was dust almost everywhere, and the bathrooms needed a deep cleaning.

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent stay - Great stay, fully furnished and clean apartment with a large living room, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, TVs with cable in every room, fast internet and free parking. Excellent location as well.
• DaGi2 (9/5): Goed gelegen en ruim appartement in stadscentrum. - Goed gelegen, parkeren kan op parkeerplaats bij appartementsgebouw, appartement is zeer ruim, vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. Rustig geleden en toch dicht in centrum. Lift is zeer klein (en oud) Parkeerplaatsen beperkt en "vrij te kiezen" dus je moet geluk hebben of soms even wachten. Eenpersoonsmatrassen en lattenbodems in kinderkamer aan vervanging toe.

• Christina (9/5): Great location and price! - The location is excellent, very easy to leave the car in the parking lot and walk to the main sites in the city center. We also liked the living room and balcony, they were both great places to relax after a long day. Personally I didn't like the automatic sensor lights in the hallway and bathroom. It meant that any time I needed to use the toilet at night (or get something from the living room or kitchen) the bright overhead lights would trigger and destroy my ability to go back to sleep quickly since my brain was now fully awake. I suggest changing to a much smaller nightlight instead.

There is a constant stench of cigarette smoke that somehow makes in inside the apartment through old vents, probably from other apartments.

• Christian (10/5): Fantastische und saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz im Herzen von Nis - Eine fantastische Wohnung direkt im Herzen von Nis! Absolut sauber, groß, leicht zu erreichen mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt - wenn noch mal Nis, dann diese Wohnung! P.S.: in der Beschreibung steht: „kein WLAN“ - doch wir hatten auf unserer 30-tägigen Balkanreise eine der schnellsten Internetverbindungen! Fazit: Top Wohnung! Es war tatsächlich alles großartig!

Lage ganz gut Parkplatz hinter Haus Nicht wirklich sauber, sehr staubig, dreckige Toilette, generell unsauber, schmierig in der Küche, Wäsche hing im Schlafzimmer auf einem Wäscheständer, Rauchgeruch, muffig, Matratze eine zu hart die andere zu weich, 7. Etage mit winzigem, altem Aufzug (für Leute mit Höhenangst wirklich schlimm), Balkon Geländer stark rostig und porös- riesiger freier spalt (in 7. Etage!!!) haben uns null sicher gefühlt auf dem Balkon, weder Küchentuch noch Küchenrolle o.ä vorhanden, falsche Adresse bekommen und ewig durch Niš geirrt, Staubflocken auf Boden, Licht ging nicht immer direkt an

• Branimir (10/5): - Stan na savrsenoj lokaciji u strogom centru, odlično sredjen, sve ispravno i na svom mestu, vlasnik ljubazan i korektan. Zgrada ima svoj parking na zaključavanje (što je odlično) ali mesta nisu rezervisana pa se desilo da uvece kada sam dosao nije bilo mesta za parkiranje.

Домаћини су веома љубазни и љубазни људи. Желим да им се захвалим на гостопримству. Penultimate floor apartment in a block of flats with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store and a grill. Very quiet neighbors. Warm apartment with separate bathroom, toilet, washing machine. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds, sofas, chairs. The hosts are very polite and kind people. I want to thank them for their hospitality.
