- Ljiljana (1/5): - Apartman je rezervisan oko 17h popodne za taj dan. Ljubazna vlasnica se javila i prosledila kontakt gospodje zaduzene za predaju kljuceva. Posto smo bili u putu trazila sam kasniji check in izmedju 20h i 21h. Gospodja je potvrdila u telefonskom razgovoru da je to u redu. Oko 30min pre dolazka sam se javila i ona mi je prosledila adresu koja nije odgovarala adresi sa Booking koju je i vlasnica potvrdila. Gospodja je rekla da mi je vec rekla da stan nije spreman i da mi daje drugi u zgradi pored. Ja sam bila u voznji i mozda mi je i rekla al ja taj deo nisam razumela. U svakom slucaju prilicno sokirana da ne dobijam ono sto sam rezervisala i da je vec kasno i da deca treba da spavaju odlucujem da vidim apartman, jer je rekla da je pored zgrada. Medjutim, glavni razlog za rezervaciju apartmana Simikic je bio parking u ravnici zbog problema sa autom. Stan koji smo dobili u zamenu je bio da uzvisenju i sva parking mesta na uzbrdici. Neki gospodin je doneo kljuceve od stana. Apartman je bio cist i nov. Imala sam opciju da pozovem Booking i provedem sat u razgovoru dok mi poniste rezervaciju i rezervisem nesto novo. Posto nakom 9h voznje to bi bilo dodatno cimanje lepo smo platili i prespavali u zamenskom apartmanu. Razlog zasto koristim Booking je upravio da izbegnem ovakve situacije. Kada biram smestaj zelim da dobijem to sto sam izabrala. Sve ostalo je prevara.
